What You Will Achieve

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)
● BA/BS degree with any years of experience, or Associate's degree with 4+ years of experience, or high school diploma (or equivalent) with 6+ years of relevant experience
● Demonstrated leadership skills, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels
● Proven skills in problem-solving and project management
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Excellent customer, stakeholder, and relationship management abilities
● Ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams
Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements)
● A Master’s degree with relevant pharmaceutical experience
● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
● Ability to drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement
● Excellent interpersonal and team-building skills
● Strong organizational and time management abilities
● Experience using common AI tools, including generative technologies such as ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot, to support problem solving and enhance productivity. Demonstrated curiosity for exploring how these tools can improve outcomes and understanding of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
