Job Description: Client Delivery andDevelopment ? Developing trust-based relationships with clients’ senior stakeholders ? Understand the business trends and to translate business goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results. ? Conduct research/ investigations and develop recommendations for resolutions to client requirements, ? Partner with client stakeholders directly to define related HR strategies, create/upgrade client HR policies/procedures/assets/products, end to end HR related process design, connect with IT directly to shape the whole HR systems and ensure business outcomes are achieved Practice Building ? Develop expertise in specific practice specialty areas to increase the breadth and depth of our knowledge base and capabilities ? Understand the business trends and to translate business goals into proactive human resources plans to enable successful achievement of business results. ? Research the best practice in external markets by different industries, providing regular sharing to HRO operation team leads/ SMEs Prepare material for meetings and support meeting logistics as required ? Attend meeting and prepare meeting records as required ? PowerPoint slide production is required Qualifications and requirements: ? Bachelor degree, preferably with business or HR focus ? Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook. Good basic computing skills, comfortable with IT/system tools. ? Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin Chinese ? Excellent organizational skills, ability to set priorities, high attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups ? Able to perform well in a fast-paced, deadline driven and service oriented environment ? Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and effectively in a virtual team environment ? Convey a strong positive personal and professional image with excellent standards of professional behavior and ethics ? Team player, highly motivated, energetic, resourceful and friendly ? Service-oriented, flexible and able to work under pressure ? Accept travel based on projects’ requirement
