職位描述：
- Technical ownership of platform architecture and concept development, including concept study, geometrical integration and carry over strategy etc.
- Implementation of platform architecture and concept development by zone (Front Compartment integration - EDS/Chassis/Cooling system ect, Rear Axle & ESS integration - HV system/ESS/suspension), taking into account all requirements (Design for X) including user experience, design, attributes, homologation, manufacture, service, cost, timing etc.
- Hold responsible zones architecture and concept technical review, responsible for the meeting organization, topics review, open issues solution.
- Responsible for escalated topics presentation and follow up in program meeting structure, such as PIT, VIT ，SOT meeting.
- Ensure program tasks are delivered on time with high quality.
- Coach new team members and train them into proficient cabin architecture and concept engineers.
職位要求：
- Engineering college or higher degree with a major in automotive engineering.
- At least 5 year vehicle architecture and concept integration experience, prefered with broad components development knowledge across engineering groups.
- Have good knowledge and mindset of design for X.
- Capacity to make logical technical reports with assessment matrix.
- Good experience of using 3D CAD systems such as Catia V5/V6
- Good communication, coordination and organization skills.
- Well spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated and with challenging spirit.
