Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned requisitions, from intake meetings and role definition to offer management, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional networks, and direct outreach, to identify and attract top-tier talent for diverse roles. Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews, assessing skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation, and provide insightful recommendations to hiring teams. Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, acting as a trusted advisor on recruitment best practices, market trends, and talent availability. Proactively manage and nurture a pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, leveraging our CRM tool (iCIMS) and maintaining regular communication. Requirements: Fluency in English (spoken and written) and Mandarin is mandatory. Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Data & Analytics and/or IT roles is an advantage. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management and prioritization skills to manage multiple requisitions concurrently.
