信息技術(shù)部經(jīng)理任職條件：
具城市供水行業(yè)信息技術(shù)管理5年及以上工作經(jīng)驗
熟悉城市供水行業(yè)信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)建設(shè)需求編制
具城市供水（水廠、營業(yè)、管網(wǎng)等）信息技術(shù)系統(tǒng)項目實際組織、建設(shè)經(jīng)驗
熟悉城市供水信息化、數(shù)字化、智能化建設(shè)發(fā)展方向
Job Description:
Oversee the daily operations and management of the project company's IT department.
Lead the development and organization of the IT department team.
Develop and compile the project company's IT strategic development plans.
Manage the design and implementation of the project company's information network infrastructure.
Oversee the deployment and maintenance of the project company's communication systems.
Supervise the application and optimization of the project company's IT hardware systems.
Manage the deployment, configuration, and control of the project company's core software systems.
Coordinate the development and integration of business application software systems across departments.
Lead the establishment and enhancement of the project company's IT security framework.
Drive the development and operation of the project company's data analytics platform.
Develop and execute approved operational management action plans for each phase of the project company's operations.
Formulate and implement approved IT investment and budget plans aligned with business phases.
Establish and maintain comprehensive IT management standards and operational procedures.
Ensure full compliance and implementation of IT management standards by all department personnel.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of IT management experience in the urban water supply industry.
In-depth understanding of IT system requirements specific to urban water supply operations.
Proven experience in planning and implementing IT systems for water treatment plants, sales offices, pipeline networks, and related infrastructure.
Strong knowledge of current trends and future directions in water supply informatization, digitalization, and smart technologies.
