一、主要職責(zé):
1、全面負(fù)責(zé)天然氣處理廠的安全、生產(chǎn)、人員、設(shè)備管理，是站內(nèi)第一負(fù)責(zé)人；全面組織協(xié)調(diào)站內(nèi)運行、安全、維護(hù)、團隊管理；
2、具備天然氣處理設(shè)備的操作經(jīng)驗（包含氣液分離器；蒸汽鍋爐（或?qū)嵊蜖t）；脫硫脫碳設(shè)備；天然氣壓縮機、硫磺回收設(shè)備、空氮站、消防站等設(shè)備）；
3、參與天然氣處理站內(nèi)裝置的調(diào)試前檢查、缺陷整改、單機及全廠試運、達(dá)產(chǎn)達(dá)標(biāo)管理方案制定與執(zhí)行；
4、負(fù)責(zé)天然氣處理廠編制調(diào)試程序、操作手冊、報表匯報材料及培訓(xùn)資料；
5、審批天然氣處理裝置運行計劃、檢維修計劃、安全技術(shù)措施等；
6、貫徹QHSE管理制度，落實PTW、JSA等安全流程，主持并參與事故處理與演練，負(fù)責(zé)作業(yè)與對外匯報；推進(jìn)安全文化建設(shè)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化運維體系；
7、協(xié)調(diào)業(yè)主、上級管理單位、外協(xié)單位溝通工作；
8、指導(dǎo)運維人員開展日常生產(chǎn)操作和故障應(yīng)急響應(yīng)，提高現(xiàn)場獨立運行能力；
9、負(fù)責(zé)操作團隊分工、績效評估及目標(biāo)推進(jìn)。
二、主要任職資格要求:
1、石油天然氣，化工或其他石油主干專業(yè)等相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2、8年以上油氣項目調(diào)試或運維經(jīng)驗；
3、熟悉DCS/SIS/PLC系統(tǒng)、關(guān)鍵設(shè)備啟動邏輯、工藝流程控制；
4、具備天然氣處理中控操作工作經(jīng)歷；
5、有良好的現(xiàn)場協(xié)調(diào)能力和技術(shù)指導(dǎo)能力；
6、英語良好，能作為工作語言，能接受海外長期駐場。
三、薪酬福利

1. Main responsibilities:

4）Responsible for the preparation of commissioning procedures, operation manuals, report materials and training materials of natural gas treatment plants;
5）Approve the operation plan, inspection and maintenance plan, safety technical measures, etc. of the natural gas treatment device;
6）Implement the QHSE management system, implement safety processes such as PTW and JSA, preside over and participate in accident handling and drills, and be responsible for operations and foreign exchange reports. promote the construction of safety culture and standardized operation and maintenance system;

2. Main qualification requirements:

4）Have experience in central control operation of natural gas treatment;

3. Salary and benefits
