CAD光學(xué)照明ZEMAXCATIA光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)汽車(chē)研發(fā)/制造汽車(chē)零部件
1 專(zhuān)業(yè)職能：
-使用特定主題的模擬、計(jì)算和CAD程序進(jìn)行光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)和/或模擬：ZKW內(nèi)部軟件（LDS，BEAST），外部供應(yīng)商（Speos，Lucid-Shape，Zemax，CATIA等等）。
-按照Z(yǔ)KW的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)記錄自己在工程項(xiàng)目中的工作（模擬/測(cè)試結(jié)果、客戶(hù)演示等等）。
-在需要時(shí)要求提供原型以驗(yàn)證光學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，并協(xié)調(diào)光度測(cè)量樣品的建立。根據(jù)內(nèi)部和客戶(hù)的要求，通過(guò)模擬、評(píng)估和分析光度測(cè)量，驗(yàn)證和確認(rèn)大燈和光學(xué)元件的照明性能。
-觸發(fā)有關(guān)照明部件分析的測(cè)量和模擬工作流程（光學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室、幾何測(cè)量等等）。
-或協(xié)助用于光學(xué)元器件開(kāi)發(fā)的計(jì)算和模擬軟件的開(kāi)發(fā)。
-在產(chǎn)品本地化生產(chǎn)的整個(gè)過(guò)程中，協(xié)調(diào)責(zé)任范圍內(nèi)的光學(xué)課題 。
-在前期開(kāi)發(fā)和開(kāi)發(fā)的項(xiàng)目RFQ中，進(jìn)行概念工作和可行性研究。
-與項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)、客戶(hù)和供應(yīng)商就照明相關(guān)議題進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)。
-根據(jù)上級(jí)規(guī)定，與外部工程伙伴進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào)和合作。
-分析基準(zhǔn)樣品。
-在6M-SOP之后對(duì)照明相關(guān)問(wèn)題的批量生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行支持。
-協(xié)助制定有關(guān)工具和方法的準(zhǔn)則，并支持將其推廣到其他部門(mén)和地點(diǎn)。
-根據(jù)上級(jí)規(guī)定，對(duì)新員工進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)和指導(dǎo)。
-內(nèi)部開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目
-監(jiān)督上級(jí)規(guī)定的內(nèi)部項(xiàng)目中的畢業(yè)論文和實(shí)習(xí)生。
-參加COE會(huì)議，為COE關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)做出貢獻(xiàn)或領(lǐng)導(dǎo)
2 專(zhuān)業(yè)要求：
-本科以上學(xué)歷（光學(xué)或相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)）。
-非常好的光學(xué)基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)
-良好的數(shù)學(xué)知識(shí)
-可選：編程知識(shí)（C / C ++優(yōu)先）
-良好的英語(yǔ)口語(yǔ)

1 Technical Tasks:
-Optical design and/or simulation using subject-specific simulation, calculation and CAD programs: ZKW internal software (LDS, BEAST), from external suppli-ers (Speos, Lucid-Shape, Zemax, CATIA, …)
-Documentation of own work within the engineering project (simulation/test results, customer presentations, …) according to ZKW standards.
-Requesting prototypes for the verification of optical design when required and coordination of the build-up of photometric samples. Verification & validation of lighting performance of headlamp & optical components by performing sim-ulations and evaluating and analyzing photometric measurements according to internal and customer specifications.
-Trigger measurement and simulation workflows concerning the analysis of lighting components (light laboratory, geometrical measurement, …)
-Supporting or contributing to the development of calculation and simulation programs for the development of light components.
-Coordination of lighting topics within responsibility up to the finished product in the context of industrialization.
-Performing concept-work and feasibility studies during RFQ in pre-develop-ment and development projects.
-Alignment and coordination with project teams, customer and supplier on lighting relevant topics.
-Coordinating of and cooperation with external engineering partners as defined by superior.
-Analyzing benchmark samples.
-Support for serial production after 6M-SOP on lighting-related issues.
-Contributing to the development of guidelines regarding tools and methods and supporting their roll-out to other departments and locations.
-Training & mentoring of new employees as defined by superior.
-Management of internal development projects as defined by superior
-Supervision of diploma theses and internships in internal projects as defined by superior.
-Participation in COE meetings and contributing to or leading COE Networks.
2 Functional Qualifications:
-University degree or above
-Very good optical basic knowledge
-Good mathematical knowledge
-Optional: Programming knowledge (preferably C / C ++)
-Good Oral English
