Financial Analysis, Planning & Reporting
? Analyze financial data to assess regional expenses and identify trends on a year-over-year basis
? Produce ROI reports in coordination with department heads and maintain precise tracking of related data
? Develop systems that provide the Director with clear visibility on EDU cash flow, proactively identifying and resolving issues
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
? Partner with the Head of Operations on procurement strategies and analyses
? Actively seek out cost-saving opportunities.
? Gain proficiency in navigating multi-region accounting software and financial systems.
? Continuously streamline finance procedures, simplifying processes over time.

? Provide oversight and guidance to junior staff to minimize and eliminate accounting inaccuracies, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal English and Chinese communication skills
- Holds level 2 Accountant certificate, have minimum 5 years accounting experiences in a professional services or corporate environment, preferably in schools or educations industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights
- Exceptional attention to detail is essential for accuracy and compliance
- A high level of discretion and the ability to handle sensitive financial information confidentially
