1. Production planning 生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃
(1)Making long term weekly/monthly compressor forecast, whose volume is confirmed by Global Planning. Split quantity to different sales order, and input plan in SAP.
依據(jù)全球計(jì)劃,制定出長(zhǎng)期周別/月別計(jì)劃,并將數(shù)量分配到具體成品,錄入SAP。
(2)Keep contacting with global planning to ensure program in SAP freshly.
與全球計(jì)劃溝通以確保SAP中的最新的計(jì)劃。
(3)Coordinate with related function to achieve target of fulfilling customer order on time.
各部門(mén)達(dá)成及時(shí)滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)訂單的目標(biāo)。
(4)Expedite in working out backup schedule to meet unforeseen emergency.
速度制定出備選方案來(lái)解決不可預(yù)見(jiàn)的緊急情況。
2. Raw materials/Accessories planning 原材料/附件計(jì)劃
(1)Serves as liaison and performs SCM Department of SKS/USS/ATS in support of planning commission.
與SKS/ATS/USS的SCM部門(mén)良好的溝通,來(lái)確保集團(tuán)內(nèi)部原材的供應(yīng)。
(2)Calculate and choose optimized manner (frequency/lot size/shipping way) to implement purchase to fulfill requirements.
并選擇最經(jīng)濟(jì)的采購(gòu)方式(頻次,訂單量,運(yùn)輸方式)以滿(mǎn)足需求。
(3)Tracking material/accessories planning, to avoid that actual arrival plan won’t affect requirement.出貨/到貨計(jì)劃, 避免實(shí)際到貨計(jì)劃不影響需求。
(4)Monitor suppliers’ supplying performance to give vendor/purchaser clear statues to improvement, and use logistic tools to help suppliers improve logistic management.
供應(yīng)商的供貨績(jī)效現(xiàn)狀清晰的給出采購(gòu)和供應(yīng)商供貨能力上的發(fā)展空間,同時(shí)利用物流工具對(duì)供應(yīng)商的物流管理進(jìn)行改善。
(5) SAP management and maintenance for *** & PP model in the system.
SAP系統(tǒng)***/PP模塊的管理以及維護(hù)。
3. Inventory control. 庫(kù)存控制
(1)Analyze, manage and optimize manufacturing inventory, and determine how to increase inventory turns, and disposition of slow moving inventory
管理并且優(yōu)化生產(chǎn)庫(kù)存金額,目標(biāo)降低庫(kù)存周轉(zhuǎn)率以及移動(dòng)緩慢產(chǎn)品的庫(kù)存金額。
(2)Track overproduction, and ensure manufacturer minimized dead stock.
生產(chǎn)的計(jì)劃外產(chǎn)出數(shù),目標(biāo)降低成品的廢棄庫(kù)存金額。
4. Support new product ramp-up key launch initiatives in collaboration with Operations, Engineering, and Sales.
與采購(gòu)/產(chǎn)品工程師/工藝工程師/項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理/銷(xiāo)售合作,支援新產(chǎn)品的穩(wěn)步成熟。
5. Execute a Ramp-Down Process to safely reduce discontinued product stock, while minimizing stock outs and inventory obsolescence of raw materials and finished goods.
嚴(yán)格控制淘汰產(chǎn)品原材成品的庫(kù)存金額,將廢棄金額降低到最低的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
6. Work out tracking reports on operations and activities, analysis data and recommend improvements and modifications from planning function.
進(jìn)行運(yùn)營(yíng)過(guò)程中的指標(biāo)跟蹤,從物流角度分析改善建議。
7. Customer orders handling, ensure customer orders stability in SAP. Tracking customer orders fulfilled on time.
ordinate with sales, finance, planning, warehouse and import & export function to ensure delivery reliability 100%. 訂單在SAP系統(tǒng)中的輸入、維護(hù)。為了確??蛻?hù)訂單的準(zhǔn)時(shí)交付,客戶(hù)服務(wù)部與銷(xiāo)售、財(cái)務(wù)、計(jì)劃、倉(cāng)庫(kù)及進(jìn)出口密切協(xié)作,共同履行客戶(hù)訂單。
8. Coordinate with DES, SKS, USS and ATS related business issues timely, eg. Delivery issue, export documents issues etc.
同德國(guó),斯洛伐克,美國(guó),奧地利共同協(xié)作,追蹤工廠及時(shí)發(fā)貨等相關(guān)問(wèn)題,以滿(mǎn)足客戶(hù)訂單的按時(shí)交付。
崗位要求:
1. Regular college education background at least.
2. Planning background, SAP experience is preferred.
3.Excellent English skill of reading, writing and speaking.
4.Good at communication, coordination and cooperation, solving problem ability.
5.Active attitude. Loyal, proactive, independent, takes responsibility.
