Job Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for developing the international market, collecting and organizing industry-related information;
2. Formulate and implement channel expansion plans, complete market expansion and maintenance tasks, complete search engine promotion work, and regularly maintain the company’s public account and website;
3. Expand the company’s market channels, grasp the company’s development direction in the industry, complete the company’s market positioning in the industry, and provide timely channel feedback;
4. Formulate and implement annual market promotion plans and product plans, assist the marketing center in formulating business plans, and coordinate with market promotion business plans;
5. Develop and implement pricing systems and marketing strategies for each product line, marketing strategies, regional coverage strategies, and promotion plans, and organize training for relevant personnel;
6. Develop the company’s brand management strategy and maintain the company’s brand;
7. Guide and participate in daily work such as market development and channel management;
8. Manage and supervise the use and control of the company’s marketing expenses, as well as the management work of this department.
Qualifications:
1. A full-time undergraduate d-time undergraduate degree in science and engineering related majors, excellent English reading and writing skills, CET-6 or above, and those with marketiegree in Marketing or English, with priority given to those with a fullng work experience in foreign companies or large factories are preferred; Environmental Protection, Chemical Engineering majors are preferred.
2. Passionate about market work, with keen market insight, strong market development capabilities, good communication and expression skills, and those with experience in developing international markets are preferred;
3. Have a profound understanding of market sales channels and market channel planning work;
4. Possess keen market channel perception, the ability to grasp market channel dynamics and market direction, close customer channel cooperation relationships, and the ability to manage large-scale events on-site; have channel analysis experience in the market, and carry out market channel activities in accordance with the company’s annual sales channel policy objectives;
5. In good health, with good professional ethics, rigorous work style, and a high sense of responsibility, strictly keep company secrets;
6. Hardworking, proactive, responsible; high work enthusiasm, good team spirit, strong observation and adaptability, excellent interpersonal communication skills, team building ability, and organizational development ability;
7. Proficient in using office software and creating PPT promotional plans;
8. Have a driver’s license with proficient driving skills.

5、制定與實(shí)施各產(chǎn)品線價(jià)格體系及營(yíng)銷戰(zhàn)略、營(yíng)銷策略、地區(qū)覆蓋策略及推廣計(jì)劃,并組織相關(guān)人員培訓(xùn);
6、制定公司品牌管理策略,維護(hù)公司品牌;
7、指導(dǎo)、參與市場(chǎng)的開(kāi)拓、渠道管理等日常工作;
8、管理監(jiān)督公司市場(chǎng)費(fèi)用使用、控制工作以及本部門管理工作。
任職要求:
1、市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷、英語(yǔ)專業(yè)全曰制大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷,理工類相關(guān)專業(yè)全曰制大學(xué)本科學(xué)歷優(yōu)先,要求英語(yǔ)讀寫能力優(yōu)秀,CET6級(jí)及以上,有外企或大廠市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;環(huán)保,化工專業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮。
2、熱愛(ài)市場(chǎng)工作,對(duì)市場(chǎng)有敏銳的洞察力,較強(qiáng)的市場(chǎng)開(kāi)拓能力,具備良好的溝通能力和表達(dá)能力,有國(guó)外相關(guān)市場(chǎng)開(kāi)發(fā)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
3、對(duì)市場(chǎng)銷售渠道,市場(chǎng)渠道策劃工作有深刻認(rèn)知;
4、具有敏銳的市場(chǎng)渠道感知、把握市場(chǎng)渠道動(dòng)態(tài)和市場(chǎng)方向的能力;
密切的客戶渠道合作關(guān)系,具備大型活動(dòng)的現(xiàn)場(chǎng)管理能力;對(duì)市場(chǎng)具有渠道分析經(jīng)驗(yàn),按企業(yè)銷售渠道年度方針目標(biāo)進(jìn)行市場(chǎng)渠道活動(dòng);
