Responsibilities:
Implementation of Sales Planning
● Assist VP Sales in developing sales strategies, annual business plans, breaking down phased goals, and driving implementation;
● Analyze market trends, competitor dynamics, and industry policies, provide decision-making basis and optimization suggestions;
Data Management and Reporting
● Produce sales data reports (monthly / quarterly / annual), calculate performance indicators (such as actual vs. target sales, market share…), and respond to VP Sales inquiries about business dynamics;
● Organize customer profiles and documents, establish a sales database, and ensure information security;
Management Team Assistant
● Sales related meeting scheduling and preparation, organize meetings’ participants and agenda, write meeting minutes, and track to-do’s and follow ups;
● Coordinate travel itineraries, receive visitors with relevant arrangement, and handle daily administrative affairs such as approvals initiatives and travel; bookings
● Collaborate with PM, Operation, Finance, and other departments to ensure efficient resource allocation and task advancement;
● Support to plan large-scale external relations events (such as exhibitions, customer events);
● Assist in team building (such as PPE, new employee training, KPI analysis), provide sales tool support (sales kit, product documentation);
System and Sharepoint maintenance
Sales and Market reports update
Requirements:
● Bachelor’s or master’s degree with less than 5 years experience or fresh graduates;
● Marketing, Paper making, Engineering, Data Analysis, or other relevant major related;
● Core smart technology tools, AI-integrated skills, and High-Value competencies preferred;
● English ability in reading and writing with oral basis;
● Strong analysis and presentation skills;
● Team player/motivator;
● Positive and aggressive work attitude;
