崗位職責(Job Responsibilities):
· 供應商開發(fā)與管理:負責供應商的篩選、評估、開發(fā)及管理,確保供應商能夠滿足公司產品的質量、交期和成本要求。
Responsible for the selection, evaluation, development, and management of suppliers to ensure they meet the company’s product quality, delivery, and cost requirements.
· 供應鏈優(yōu)化:分析和優(yōu)化供應鏈各環(huán)節(jié),提升供應鏈效率,降低成本,確保原材料和零部件的及時供應。
Analyze and optimize various stages of the supply chain to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure timely supply of raw materials and components.
· 供應商談判:與供應商就價格、交貨期、合同條款等方面進行談判,確保供應協(xié)議具有競爭力并符合公司需求。
Negotiate with suppliers on price, lead time, contract terms, and other aspects to ensure supply agreements are competitive and meet company needs.
· 技術支持與協(xié)調:與技術、生產、質量等部門緊密合作,確保供應的產品滿足技術要求,并協(xié)助解決生產過程中出現(xiàn)的技術問題。
Collaborate closely with the technical, production, and quality departments to ensure the supplied products meet technical requirements and assist in resolving technical issues during production.
· 風險管理:識別和分析供應鏈中的潛在風險,采取有效措施降低風險,確保供應鏈的穩(wěn)定性。
Identify and analyze potential risks in the supply chain, take effective measures to mitigate risks, and ensure supply
chain stability.
· 供應鏈數(shù)據(jù)分析:收集和分析供應鏈相關數(shù)據(jù),編制相關報告,為供應鏈決策提供支持。
Collect and analyze supply chain-related data, prepare reports to support supply chain decision-making.
· 供應商關系維護:維護與現(xiàn)有供應商的良好關系,及時解決供應過程中出現(xiàn)的任何問題,確保供應商滿意度。
Maintain good relationships with existing suppliers, promptly address any issues that arise during supply processes, and ensure supplier satisfaction.
任職要求(Qualifications):
1. 教育背景:具有供應鏈管理、工程、機械、電子或相關專業(yè)的學士學位及以上學歷。
Bachelor’s degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Mechanical, Electronics, or related fields.
2. 工作經驗:至少2-3年在供應鏈管理、采購或技術支持相關領域的工作經驗,具有供應商開發(fā)和管理經驗者優(yōu)先。
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in supply chain management, procurement, or technical support, with experience in supplier development and management preferred.
3. 技術背景:具備一定的技術背景,能夠理解和評估供應的技術要求,能與技術團隊和供應商有效溝通。
Solid technical background, capable of understanding and evaluating technical requirements for supplies, with the
ability to effectively communicate with both technical teams and suppliers.
4. 供應商談判技巧:具備較強的供應商談判技巧,能夠在價格、交貨期和服務等方面與供應商達成共識。
Strong supplier negotiation skills, capable of reaching consensus with suppliers on price, lead time, and service
terms.
5. 問題解決能力:具備出色的問題分析和解決能力,能夠應對供應鏈中出現(xiàn)的各種問題。
Excellent problem analysis and problem-solving skills, able to address various issues arising within the supply chain.
6. 供應鏈優(yōu)化能力:熟悉供應鏈優(yōu)化工具和方法,如庫存管理、物流調度、流程改進等。
Familiar with supply chain optimization tools and methods, such as inventory management, logistics scheduling, and process improvement.
7. 溝通與協(xié)調能力:優(yōu)秀的溝通和協(xié)調能力,能夠與供應商、內部團隊及其他相關部門保持高效溝通。
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to maintain effective communication with suppliers, internal teams, and other departments.
8. 英語能力:具備良好的英文讀寫能力,能夠流利閱讀技術文檔和進行國際供應商溝通。
Good written and spoken English skills, able to fluently read technical documents and communicate with international suppliers.
9. 計算機技能:熟練使用Microsoft Office(尤其是Excel),了解ERP系統(tǒng)和供應鏈管理軟件的使用。
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), familiar with ERP systems and supply chain management software.
