YOUR TASKS/崗位職責(zé)：
● 1.Central contact person for electronical content for project internal and external customers. 項(xiàng)目?jī)?nèi)外部客戶電子內(nèi)容的中央聯(lián)絡(luò)人
● 2.Lead and organize team to do analysis of both customer and Hella requirements.領(lǐng)導(dǎo)并組織團(tuán)隊(duì)對(duì)客戶及海拉需求進(jìn)行分析
● 3.Break overall electronical requirements down to electronical system characteristics and, cooperation with SW/HW system manager as V module procedure. nominate responsible persons for each characteristic within the electronic team and lamp Team based on the sufficient requirement analysis. 將整體電子需求分解為電子系統(tǒng)特性，并與軟件/硬件系統(tǒng)經(jīng)理作為V模塊流程協(xié)作?；诔浞值男枨蠓治觯付娮訄F(tuán)隊(duì)和燈具團(tuán)隊(duì)中各特性的負(fù)責(zé)人
● 4.Take the responsibility of the achievement of each critical technical milestone. 負(fù)責(zé)每個(gè)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)里程碑的實(shí)現(xiàn)
● 5.Represent the product development status within the project core team and management. 向項(xiàng)目核心團(tuán)隊(duì)及管理層匯報(bào)產(chǎn)品開(kāi)發(fā)進(jìn)度
● 6.Steer the technical content-based, as the technical interface to do the communication with customer.負(fù)責(zé)技術(shù)內(nèi)容相關(guān)的業(yè)務(wù)，作為技術(shù)接口與客戶進(jìn)行溝通
● 7.Develop technical basis for project management / core team decisions in consideration of QCT&R. 考慮質(zhì)量、成本、時(shí)間與風(fēng)險(xiǎn)，為項(xiàng)目管理/核心團(tuán)隊(duì)決策制定技術(shù)依據(jù)
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS/任職要求：
● 1.Bachelor’s degree or above with electronical engineering 電子相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷
● 2.Experienced of Hardware design, WCCS, electronic component understanding CCS, BUCK, BOOST design experience is preferred. 具備硬件設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先，熟悉WCCS、電子元件及CCS、BUCK、BOOST設(shè)計(jì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者更佳
● 3.Experience in LIN/CAN/CANFD communication, preferred with UDS, Network management, FBL, cyber security, Autosar, Aspice process understanding is preferred. 具備LIN/CAN/CANFD通信經(jīng)驗(yàn)，熟悉UDS、網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理、FBL、網(wǎng)絡(luò)安全、AUTOSAR及ASPICE流程理解者優(yōu)先
● 4.EMC/ESD experience is preferred. 具備EMC/ESD經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先
● 5.Aware of basic functional safety 熟悉基本功能安全
● 6.Good English in both verbal and written. 良好的英語(yǔ)能力
