Overview 1. 支持工廠管理團隊建立和不斷完善工廠非GMP日常運營管理流程和框架，對各項日常運營指標進行有效的跟蹤、分析和匯報 2. 組織和管理日常非GMP運營相關活動 3. 與外部業(yè)務運營團隊充分合作，確保公司的日常非GMP運營活動順利開展，符合各項法律法規(guī)和公司內部管理要求。 4. 該崗位支持整個工廠的行政工作，但是僅限于Office領域相關的行政工作，不涵蓋專業(yè)領域行政工作（比如不涵蓋HSE/工程/供應鏈/生產(chǎn)等） To support the RLT CN site leadership team establish the non-GMP operational process and develop a robust operational KPI tracking processes Organize non-GMP operational related daily activities to make sure sufficient support for daily GMP operations. Collaboration with other functions outside of site team to ensure site daily non-GMP related activities are fully compliant with internal and external policies. Key Responsibilities 1. 組織和管理日常各項非GMP 直接相關的活動，包括但不限于會議組織和跟進、文件管理歸檔、辦公室區(qū)域清潔、員工餐飲、工會活動、辦公區(qū)域日常運營物料采購和分發(fā)管理工作等。 2. 配合HSE部門組織開展HSE日常工作，確保工廠非GMP區(qū)域符合HSE相關管理規(guī)范要求。 3. 負責工廠前臺區(qū)域的運行和日常管理，確保順利開展內外部接待工作。 4. 配合完成辦公室區(qū)域日常資產(chǎn)貼簽、實物管理工作和年度盤點工作。 5. 跟進公司總部和工廠層面非GMP直接相關政策、新聞等，及時宣傳到位并跟蹤管理各部門執(zhí)行情況。 6. 定期整合和分析相關運營數(shù)據(jù)，為團隊業(yè)務回顧及臨時的業(yè)務決策提供所需的準確的信息，評估業(yè)務運營過程中存在的風險和機會，并提供相關應對建議持續(xù)優(yōu)化，幫助工廠運營團隊達成既定的運營目標。 7. 支持公司年度內外部申報等相關工作。 Organize and manage non-GMP office area daily activities, including but not limited to meeting organization, non-GMP document management and archiving, office area cleaning, cafeteria management, labor union activities, procurement and distribution of daily operational supplies for office areas, and other related tasks. Collaborate with the HSE department to organize daily HSE operations for office areas, ensuring fully comply with HSE policies. Responsible for the operation and daily management of the reception area, ensuring proper reception work for internal and external visits. Office areas daily assets management and assets physical counting. Follow up on non-GMP related policies and news released by corporate and site level to ensure timely dissemination and tracking the execution by each functions at site level. Regularly consolidate and analyze the operational data to support the site leadership team for business decisions, risks assessment, offer corresponding recommendations for continuous improvement to support the operations team to achieve the operational goals including budget and operational efficiency. Background 1. Proven experience with administrative support，需要有2年及以上相關工作經(jīng)驗 2. Completed vocational training; preferably with Administration / Commercial background 3. Fluent in site local language; advanced in English，讀寫流利，聽說OK即可 4. Strong communication skills and very good teamwork 5. Structured working method and adherence to schedules 6. Experience in documentation according to internal and legal regulations of all documents necessary for a legal entity (desirable) 7.
