Buyer responsibilities:
1. Sourcing & evaluate new potential suppliers and establish a
relationship
2. Manage projects from DK office to develop a new range of products to
meet different customers’ demands in close cooperation with QA/QC team and DK sales department
3. Negotiate prices and contracts in order to get the best terms and
conditions for Unique
4. Supply risks analysis and manage plan B for back up
5. Maintain professional relationships with suppliers
6. Smoothly transfer all necessary info to Merchandiser for 1st batch of
new product orders
7.Support Merchandiser in solving claim issues
8. Support Merchandiser if have problem on confirming ETD with supplier,
or in general get feedback from suppliers
Job requirements:
1. 1 or 2 years of Project management
2. Familiar with sofas, office chairs and upholstered chairs is preferred
3. Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English
4. Good knowledge of how to cooperate with foreigners
5. High sense of responsibility and self-driven spirit
