Responsibilities:
? Leading Wuxi local team as the site manager, continuously improving Wuxi site and China Operations in the areas Quality, Safety, Cost and stakeholders satisfaction.
? Actively contributing and participating to management of Operations, operational planning as well as Company Strategy.
? Play as a critical role within operations team, guided by company leaders to fulfill department objectives; incorporation with supporting functions for operational excellence.
? Frequent interactions with other operations departments, BUs, R&D, P&C, IT and F&C.
? This role and function lead by this role is accountable of next areas:
? Day to day operations of Wuxi manufacturing.
? Quality of manufactured products.
? Safety of Wuxi Plant.
? Customer satisfaction, On-time.
? Continuous Improvement, CI.
? In House GOS Process.
? Cost of manufacturing / Budget.
? Cost of the site / Budget.
? Organization.
? Motivation and innovation of people.
? Cooperation with all stakeholders with DTW.
? Processes, Equipment, Testing and Facility of DTW with defined cross functional accountabilities with global operations.
? DL amount.
? IDL roles.
? Proposals for hire IDL.
Requirements:
? Master level university graduated, 10+years working experiences of in international
manufacturing business environment;
? Familiar with the tools, concepts and methodologies of World Class quality management like six sigma, Deming, 5S, TQM, TPS;
? Strong Quality Consciousness;
? Leadership and management training or experience;
? 5+ years working in leadership position;
? Excellent spoken and written English;
