崗位職責(zé)：

Appearing in court and handling matters related with litigations, represent clients in court or before government agencies. Present evidence to defend clients or prosecute defendants in criminal or civil litigation;
代表客戶(hù)出庭及處理與訴訟有關(guān)的事宜,代表客戶(hù)在法院或政府機(jī)關(guān)辦理相關(guān)事宜。提交證據(jù)以支持客戶(hù)的訴訟或在民事或刑事訴訟中追究被告責(zé)任；
Assisting the partners in preparation of Clients meetings and other general day-to-day tasks;
協(xié)助合伙人處理客戶(hù)會(huì)議和其他日常事務(wù)；
Organizing and supervising notarizations and other evidence collection activities;
組織和督導(dǎo)公證及其他證據(jù)收集活動(dòng)；
Examining material, such as publications, law revisions, case study etc. for providing proactive advice to the company;
查看相關(guān)材料 （如出版物，法律的修訂，案例分析等）為公司提供前瞻性的建議；
Assisting partners with Power Point presentations/publications seminars to existing clients, prospective clients, and other industry related seminars;
協(xié)助合伙人就現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)、潛在客戶(hù)及其他相關(guān)研討會(huì)準(zhǔn)備PPT或材料；
Assisting with client visit to China, meeting clients directly when necessary;
協(xié)助客戶(hù)在中國(guó)的訪(fǎng)問(wèn)，必要時(shí)直接與客戶(hù)會(huì)面；
Ensuring that the File Management software is up to date for all clients.
確保公司案件管理系統(tǒng)及時(shí)更新所有客戶(hù)相關(guān)資料。

任職要求：
Good understanding of IP and competition law issues;
優(yōu)秀的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)背景及法律知識(shí)；
Licensed to practice in China (and accordingly can appear in court);
已取得律師資格證，并且可以在北京出庭；
Bachelor degree or above. Major in Law preferred;
本科以上學(xué)歷，法律專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先考慮；
3+ years’ experience in the IPR industry as IP Lawyer;
三年以上知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)律師經(jīng)驗(yàn)；
Excellent legal analysis and reasoning;
優(yōu)秀的法律分析能力；
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills;
優(yōu)秀的書(shū)面及口頭英語(yǔ)溝通技巧；
Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner with all office personnel, clients, and officials;
有效并且專(zhuān)業(yè)的針對(duì)公司業(yè)務(wù)及客戶(hù)訴求的溝通能力；
Ability to work well under pressure;
良好的抗壓能力；
Excellent attention to detail, proactivity and confidentiality;
