【主要職責】:
1、規(guī)劃、拓展、優(yōu)化區(qū)域招聘渠道,確保人員招聘任務的落地達成;
Planning, developing, and optimizing overseas recruitment channels to ensure that the recruitment tasks related to overseas business are completed and achieved;
2、根據總部發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略建立健全海外職級體系及培訓發(fā)展體系,建立海外人員梯隊培養(yǎng)計劃,確保計劃落地達成;
Establish and improve the overseas grade system and training and development system according to the development strategy of the headquarter. Establish the overseas personnel succession training plan and ensure that the plan is completed and achieved;
3、負責構建海外人員績效薪酬管理體系并推動落地;
Responsible for establishing overseas personnel performance and compensation management system and promoting implementation;
4、負責對接海外人員文化管理,提升海外人員的凝集力和歸屬感;
Responsible for overseas personnel culture management, enhance the cohesion and sense of belonging of overseas personnel;
5、負責落實宣貫總部企業(yè)文化、制度、政策至海外區(qū)域,同時根據海外不同國家的文化、政策等要求,制定符合當?shù)匾蟮闹贫?、政策?Responsible for publicizing and implementing corporate culture, systems and policies from headquarters to overseas regions, and at the same time, developing systems and policies that meet local requirements according to the culture and policies of different overseas countries;
6、結合海外政策文化,構建與不同經營團隊業(yè)務屬性,文化屬性相匹配的激勵制度;
Establishing incentive systems that match the business attributes and cultural attributes of different operation teams according to overseas policies and cultures;
7、海外員工關系處理、行政事務支持等,確保海外區(qū)域人力資源運營符合當?shù)貏趧臃煞ㄒ?guī);
Overseas employee relationship handling, administrative affairs support., to ensure the human resources management compliance with local labor laws and regulations;
8、構筑當?shù)貙ν怅P系的運營管理機制并協(xié)調推進及維護;
Establishing a local operational management mechanism for external relations and coordinating promotion and maintenance.
9、其他海外業(yè)務相關事項的處理。
Other overseas business-related matters handling.
【任職要求】:
1、國籍及學歷:中國籍,本科及以上學歷
Education: Bachelor’s degree or above.
2、工作經驗:10年以上外資企業(yè)人力資源相關專業(yè)經驗及團隊管理,具備一定的海外人力資源管理經驗, 熟悉沙特阿拉伯地區(qū)人力資源政策法規(guī)優(yōu)先考慮;
Working experience: more than 10 years of professional experience related to human resources and team management in foreign-funded enterprises, with certain experience in overseas human resources management. Preference will be given to candidates familiar with HR policies and regulations in the Saudi Arabia Region;
3、專業(yè)及技能:人力資源、工商管理等相關專業(yè)畢業(yè),接受過相關管理培訓,擅長招聘、培訓、企業(yè)文化、員工關系(HRBP)等方面。
Professional and skills: graduated from human resources, business administration and other related majors. Received relevant management training, good at recruitment, training, corporate culture, employee relations (HRBP)., etc.
4、其他要求:英語可作為工作語言,能和海外同事進行日常的英語口語交流及英文工作文件的編寫。
Other requirements: English can be used as working language and be able to communicate with overseas colleagues in daily spoken English and prepare documents in English.
5、工作地點:前期在昆山、常州等地區(qū)進行培養(yǎng),后面外派至沙特阿拉伯區(qū)域。
Working location: Initial training will take place in Kunshan,Dubai, followed by an overseas assignment in the Saudi Arabia Region.
