崗位職責(zé):
1、參與制定、優(yōu)化公司薪酬管理制度、執(zhí)行落地工作;
1.Participate in developing and optimizing the company
s compensation management system, and ensure its effective implementation.
2、負(fù)責(zé)車間薪資核算工作,建立復(fù)核機(jī)制并持續(xù)優(yōu)化完善;
2. Responsible for workshop payroll accounting, establishing review mechanisms and continuously improving the process.
3、負(fù)責(zé)分析公司人工成本產(chǎn)值及薪資體系的激勵(lì)效果,提出薪資政策調(diào)整建議;
3. Analyze the productivity of labor costs and the incentive effects of the compensation system, then provide recommendations for compensation policy adjustments.
4、負(fù)責(zé)計(jì)件工資標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化,主導(dǎo)計(jì)件工資分析優(yōu)化,推進(jìn)計(jì)件工資核算系統(tǒng)化;
4. Standardize piece-rate wages, lead the analysis and optimization of piece-rate systems, and promote systematic calculation processes.
5、組織公司開(kāi)展外部薪酬水平調(diào)研,保持薪酬對(duì)外競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力;
5. Conduct external compensation benchmarking surveys to maintain the company
s competitive pay positioning.
6、組織開(kāi)展績(jī)效指標(biāo)分解和修訂工作,制定年度和季度績(jī)效考核計(jì)劃;
6. Organize the breakdown and revision of performance metrics, and develop annual/quarterly performance evaluation plans.
7、收集績(jī)效數(shù)據(jù),開(kāi)展績(jī)效考評(píng),并對(duì)績(jī)效考核進(jìn)行分析匯總、審查;
7. Collect performance data, conduct evaluations, then analyze, consolidate and review assessment results.
8、組織各部門(mén)開(kāi)展績(jī)效溝通工作,持續(xù)優(yōu)化績(jī)效考核邏輯、制度落地。
8. Facilitate cross-departmental performance reviews and continuously optimize evaluation methodologies and implementation.
任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,人力資源、統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)等相關(guān)專業(yè);
1.Bachelor
s degree or higher, major in HR ,Statistics or related;
2、3年大型制造業(yè)薪資績(jī)效模塊經(jīng)驗(yàn);
2、3 years experience in large-scale manufacturing wage performance module;
3、具有現(xiàn)代人力資源管理、勞動(dòng)法律法規(guī)、合同法等方面培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn);
3.Preferred candidates have training in strategic modern HRM , Labor laws and regulations contract experiences;
4、數(shù)字敏感度好,善于進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,熟練操作相關(guān)辦公軟件。
4.Excellent digital sensitivity and Professional in data analysis.
