FPC電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路新能源
1.帶領(lǐng)項目，與生產(chǎn)，設(shè)計，品質(zhì)，生產(chǎn)相關(guān)部門保持溝通，實現(xiàn)客戶需求的好質(zhì)量，按計劃交貨和專業(yè)技術(shù)支持； Lead project, keep communicate with process, design, quality, production relative departments to achieve the customer requirements about good quality, delivery in schedule and professional technical support; 2.當(dāng)獲得新的項目時，審閱DFM /設(shè)計/ MCO，并參加啟動會議； To follow up the prototype building to meet delivery; 3.協(xié)同Leader跟進(jìn)樣件制造滿足交貨； To follow up the prototype building to meet delivery with Leader; 4.協(xié)助Leader，了解異常，缺陷分析，并協(xié)同其他部門解決異常； Assist the Leader to understand the exception, defect analysis, and cooperate with other departments to solve the exception; 5.處理FA階段客戶投訴； To lead any customer complain in FA stage; 6.在下一個批次前，與Leader一同總結(jié)QIP和跟進(jìn)工藝問題是否解決； To summary the QIP and follow up the process troubles if be closed before next build with leader; 要求：
1.本科或以上學(xué)歷； Bachelor degree or above; 2.至少3年以上Flex工藝工作經(jīng)驗或在PCB制造業(yè)5年經(jīng)歷； With flex process experience at least 3 years or above 5 years in PCB manufacturing; 3.掌握FPC工藝規(guī)范； Familiar with FPC process rule; 4.熟悉并使用DOE; Familiar and use DOE； 5.熟悉SPC 、APQP、MSA、PPAP、FMEA 5大工具； Familiar with SPC 、 APQP 、MSA、PPAP、FMEA 5 tools; 6.具有良好的辦公自動化技能，具有良好的英文讀寫能力，如果英語口語良好尤佳； Familiar with computer skill,Good writing and Reading English, if good at oral English is plus; 7.具有團(tuán)隊合作精神和良好的組織能力； Team cooperation spirits and good organizing ability;
