崗位職責(zé):
Production targets as to quality and quantity
· Lead production team to fulfill demand with following production plan, achieve the output target on schedule
· Secure the production execution according to defined manufacturing process, instruction, engineering change etc
· Organize the shop floor management with 5S requirement, standardization and discipline
· Ensure the product quality on acceptable level, and with defined Leoni and customer quality criteria
· Improve the production quality in daily work, and take fast reaction to quality issue
Production efficiency, manufacturing scrap
· Take the proper activity to reach the efficiency target
· Coordinate with related team (eg. IE) to improve production efficiency and optimize the work position
· Establish and maintain the manufacturing scrap process and achieve the target for scrap
· Control the manufacturing scrap for material, semi finish product
· Respect the material flow, material storage and handling, nonconformity control as well as keep the WIP in respective area on defined inventory level with accurate
Headcount Planning
· Coordinate with related team (eg. IE) to work out headcount plan according to demand forecast
· Stabilize employee fluctuation and create employee replenishment plan situationally
Project support
· Allocate the resource to deploy the solution in terms of the project schedule with making samples, line ramp up, model changes
· Demonstrate the production situation and support customer audit with deep understanding of process
Team competence development
· Develop team members’ competence at right level and retain the team competence to fulfill business requirement
· Ensure employees’ training and qualification according to relevant process
· Effectively check, monitor, evaluate performance of employees
· Coach team members in problem solving with logical, systematic methodology in complicated situation
· Create the team atmosphere with target orientation and excellent execution
· Conduct the regular meeting to align the objectives, and implementation plan with PDAC, CIP
Compliance with all relevant legal, agreed and internal standards
· Compliance with safety, health and environment regulations
· Compliance with relevant legal stuff, local laws, company regulations and code
Interface and report line
· Majority of internal interface: FST, TS, AV, QM, HR
· Report to: plant section manager

ISO9000, FMEA, PDCA, Kaizen, cost control, lean manufacturing

Studies / branch of study / degree
OHSMS
Work experience
10 years above production management or engineering management in manufacturing of automotive industry, or electronic industry
Leadership experience
5 years above people management, experienced managing a team with 500+ people
IT
Skilled in MS-office
Languages
Mandarin, English or German in writing and oral at good level
