1、 快速理解客戶公司委托的職位，制定找尋人才的方向；

2、 快速了解市場總體行情，包括薪資水平，人員意向性等，并不斷修正搜尋方向以找到合適的人選；

Quickly understand the overall market conditions, including salary levels, candidate motivation etc., and constantly revise the search direction to find suitable candidates;



3、 通過各種途徑搜尋人才，各大招聘網(wǎng)站, 公司數(shù)據(jù)庫, 關(guān)系圈等；

Search talents through various channels, major recruitment websites, company

databases, connection etc.;



4、 電話溝通較合適的人選，了解其目前的基本信息并初步判斷其合適度

Communicate with suitable candidates by telephone, understand their updated basic

information and preliminarily evaluate it fits the job



5、 推薦候選人到客戶公司，依據(jù)相應(yīng)要求制作推薦報告供客戶參考；

Recommend candidates to the client, and make a recommendation report according to

the corresponding requirements for the client's reference;



6、 跟蹤候選人的初試, 復試情況，并在候選人與企業(yè)之間做好協(xié)調(diào)溝通工作；

Track the candidates' 1st interview, 2nd interview, and coordinate and communicate between candidates and client



7、 對客戶決定錄用的候選人，就薪資福利, 報到時間等信息與客戶HR做相應(yīng)溝通協(xié)調(diào)；

8、 根據(jù)客戶需要，提供候選人背景調(diào)查服務(wù)；
