Job Description/崗位職責 負責BMS(電池管理系統(tǒng))的硬件在環(huán)(HiL)測試方案設計、執(zhí)行與優(yōu)化 Design, execute, and optimize Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) test solutions for Battery Management Systems (BMS). 深度參與充電功能測試,精通國標GB/T 27930-2015及后續(xù)版本協(xié)議 Lead charging function validation with expertise in GB/T 27930-2015+ national standards and protocols. 開發(fā)HiL測試用例、自動化腳本及測試報告,確保BMS功能安全符合性 Develop HiL test cases, automated scripts, and reports to ensure functional safety compliance of BMS. 搭建和維護HiL測試環(huán)境(如dSPACE/NI/Vector平臺) Set up and maintain HiL test benches (e.g., dSPACE/NI/Vector). 與BMS軟件、硬件團隊協(xié)作分析測試缺陷,推動問題閉環(huán) Collaborate with BMS software/hardware teams to analyze defects and drive issue resolution. 編制測試規(guī)范、技術文檔及階段性匯報材料 Prepare test specifications, technical documentation, and project progress reports.
Profile/任職要求 必備:熟悉BMS充電功能開發(fā)或測試,至少1年GB/T 27930-2015+國標協(xié)議實操經(jīng)驗 Mandatory: Hands-on experience in BMS charging function development/testing with 1+ year of proven expertise in GB/T 27930-2015+ protocols. 精通HiL測試方法論及工具鏈(如ControlDesk, VeriStand, CANoe/CANalyzer) Proficient in HiL testing methodologies and tools (e.g., dSPACE ControlDesk, NI VeriStand, Vector CANoe/CANalyzer). 熟悉BMS架構、功能邏輯及故障診斷策略(如過壓/過溫保護) Knowledge of BMS architecture, functional logic, and diagnostic strategies (e.g., over-voltage/temperature protection). 具備Python/CAPL自動化腳本開發(fā)能力者優(yōu)先 Experience in test automation (Python/CAPL scripting) is highly preferred. 本科及以上學歷,車輛工程、電氣自動化、計算機相關專業(yè) Bachelor’s degree or above in Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields. 良好的英語讀寫能力(技術文檔編寫),中文溝通流暢 Fluent in Chinese; proficient in English for technical documentation.
