崗位職責(zé) / Job Responsibilities 1. 城市運營與數(shù)字化落地 / Urban Operations & Digital Implementation ? 統(tǒng)籌管理: 負責(zé)各城市線上平臺的日常運營,制定區(qū)域運營策略,確保項目進度與業(yè)務(wù)目標達成。 ? Oversee daily operations of the online platform across various cities; formulate and execute regional operation strategies to ensure project milestones and business targets are met. ? 一線賦能: 組織一線團隊進行調(diào)研、方案驗證及培訓(xùn);實地跟線輔導(dǎo),建立閉環(huán)反饋機制優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品功能。 ? Empower front-line teams through business research, solution validation, and training; conduct field coaching to establish a closed-loop feedback mechanism for product optimization. 2. 事業(yè)部數(shù)據(jù)整合與管理 / BU Data Integration & Management ? 數(shù)據(jù)中臺化: 整合事業(yè)部全渠道數(shù)據(jù),建立統(tǒng)一監(jiān)控體系,輸出核心業(yè)績報表。 ? Integrate omni-channel business data within the Business Unit (BU); establish a unified monitoring system and generate core performance reports. ? 經(jīng)營洞察: 通過數(shù)據(jù)分析發(fā)現(xiàn)業(yè)務(wù)機會與異常,驅(qū)動流程優(yōu)化,為管理層決策提供支撐。 ? Identify growth opportunities and anomalies through data analysis; drive process optimization and provide data-driven support for management decisions. 3. 數(shù)字化工具賦能與創(chuàng)新 / Digital Tool Empowerment & Innovation ? 工具推廣: 負責(zé)數(shù)字化工具(如ERP)的迭代與推廣,利用技術(shù)手段解決業(yè)務(wù)痛點。 ? Lead the iteration and promotion of digital tools (e.g. ERP) to solve business pain points through technical solutions. ? 項目策劃: 結(jié)合區(qū)域需求策劃并實施數(shù)字化專項項目,加速業(yè)務(wù)模式的數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型。 ? Plan and implement specialized digital projects based on regional needs to accelerate the digital transformation of business models. 任職要求 / Job Requirements 1. 背景經(jīng)驗: 本科及以上學(xué)歷,2年以上快消行業(yè)經(jīng)驗;有數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型、社區(qū)團購或B2B平臺經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先。 ? Bachelor’s degree or above with 2+ years of FMCG experience; experience in digital transformation, community group buying, or B2B platforms (e.g., Linghoutong) is preferred. 2. 專業(yè)技能: 具備成熟的系統(tǒng)實施經(jīng)驗;精通數(shù)據(jù)分析,能從數(shù)據(jù)中提煉業(yè)務(wù)洞察。 ? Proven experience in digital product launches and system implementation; proficient in data analysis with the ability to extract actionable business insights. 3. 核心能力: 優(yōu)秀的溝通協(xié)調(diào)與執(zhí)行力,能夠跨部門驅(qū)動項目落地。 ? Excellent communication, coordination, and execution skills; ability to drive cross-functional project delivery. 4. 綜合素質(zhì): 適應(yīng)快節(jié)奏環(huán)境,抗壓性強,具備實地業(yè)務(wù)調(diào)研與復(fù)盤能力。 ?
