Job Responsibilities工作職責:
Product Testing and Validation
1.Collaboration with Manufacturers: Maintain close cooperation with manufacturers to optimize raw materials and process compatibility, shorten new product development cycles, and support project requirements.
2.Testing and Data Analysis: Conduct or submit laboratory tests, analyze data to verify product reliability.
3.Laboratory Collaboration: Work closely with testing laboratories to identify issues and iterate improvements.
4.Documentation: Write technical specifications, test reports, and operating guidelines to ensure compliance with industry regulations and customer requirements.
5.Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Engage in in-depth exchanges with other R&D centers and factories, participate in relevant product testing and validation.
Lamination Process Optimization
1.Sample Preparation: Participate in the lamination of laminated glass and produce samples according to project requirements.
2.Technical Problem Solving: Address technical challenges in lamination, such as bubbles, wrinkles, distortion, and structural design.
Market Insight and Demand Response
1.Trend Tracking: Monitor dynamics of manufacturers and market demand for new products, ensuring PVB/EVA/TPU material development aligns with industry trends and customer needs.
2.Technology Introduction: Track industry trends, participate in training or seminars, and introduce new technologies to enhance product competitiveness.
Other Responsibilities
1.Project Support: Support R&D projects, formulate schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery.
2.Additional Tasks: Complete other related tasks assigned by line managers.
Job Requirements其他工作要求:
1.Education background教育背景（學歷、專業(yè)）:
Polymer, Organic Chemistry, Material Science or related. Bachelor and above.
2.Working experience工作經(jīng)驗（年數(shù)、行業(yè)）:
3.3 years in material validation or related topics.
4.Professional Skill專業(yè)技能要求:
Good at characteristic tests and result analysis of materials.
Good at the principles of various testing instruments, possessing strong hands-on ability and the capability to modify instruments and equipment.
Good at data processing.
5.Language Skill 語言能力:
CET-6, fluent English to communicate independently. French or German is a plus.
6.Computer Skill計算機能力:
Microsoft office (esp. Excel), programming with C++/Python or other language is a plus.
