工作描述

1. .Support Program Manager in all product implementation activities from technical area.

從技術(shù)方面對項目經(jīng)理的項目提供支持.

Interface with customers and the factories on all technical matters pertaining to product engineering & design, manufacturing process development, engineering evaluations, tooling, etc.

是客戶和工廠的窗口，處理所有技術(shù)事件如產(chǎn)品工程設(shè)計、工藝開發(fā)、工程評估、模具等

2. Drive continuous process improvement to improve production yields and reduce waste.

持續(xù)過程改進，提高產(chǎn)量，減少浪費

3. Improve overall production efficiency through process optimisation, mechanisation and automation, and improving labour utilisation.

通過工藝 優(yōu)化、機械化和自動化，提高整體生產(chǎn)效率和勞動人員

4.Identify cost saving opportunities, and drive cost reduction initiatives to improve overall production cost.

辨認成本節(jié)約機會，并推動低成本措施，以提高整體生產(chǎn)成本

5. Engage customer and factories early in the design phase to ensure all DFM inputs are incorporated in the product / tool design for efficient and cost-effective mass production.

與客戶和工廠在早期設(shè)計、DFM階段確保納入高效、低成本量產(chǎn)

6. Troubleshoot process problems, and recommend quick short-term & long-term solutions to ensure zero-disruption to product delivery to customer

解決工藝問題，并盡快建議短和長期的解決方案，以確保無中斷順利交貨給客戶

7. Conduct DOEs to find the best parameters for products or machines.

執(zhí)行DOEs找出產(chǎn)品或機器最佳參數(shù)

8. Collaborate with factories on general plant layout to ensure smooth and efficient process and material flow, taking into consideration customers’ Health & Safety, and Security requirements.

和工廠進行工廠布局，以確保有效工藝和物流，同時考慮到客戶的健康和安全，以及安全要求



Requirements要求:



A. Diploma/Degree in Engineering, preferably in Production / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering with experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

工程文憑/學(xué)位，生產(chǎn)、機械或工業(yè)工程優(yōu)先，具有在大批量制造環(huán)境工作經(jīng)驗

B. Experience in a moulded pulp and/or printed rigid box production environment, and production tooling is an advantage.

有紙漿模塑和／或印刷彩盒生產(chǎn)環(huán)境和模具經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先

C. Ability to lead projects development and communicate effectively with internal teams & customers.

具備主導(dǎo)項目開發(fā)及與內(nèi)部團隊和客戶有效溝通能力

D. Must be a good team player.

必須有良好團隊合作精神

E. Willing to work in various locations according to work requirements

愿意根據(jù)工作需要出差或者在不同地方工作

F. Fluent in English and Chinese, verbal and written.

流利的中英文口語,書面表達能力

性別：不限
學(xué)歷：本科 及以上
專業(yè)：造紙、包裝或相關(guān)專業(yè)
工作經(jīng)歷：從事產(chǎn)品設(shè)計、工藝技術(shù)1年以上，及機械設(shè)計應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生

品格：謙和、謹慎、細心，為人正直，處事公平，有責任感。

能力：熟練操作計算機并熟練運用CAD、Photoshop軟件者優(yōu)先。
