1. 制定并完善跨境電商運(yùn)營(yíng)方案，考核并優(yōu)化各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)，提高用戶轉(zhuǎn)化率和客單價(jià)；
2. 協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源，組織聯(lián)合營(yíng)銷活動(dòng)，擴(kuò)大品牌影響力和市場(chǎng)份額；
3. 持續(xù)關(guān)注行業(yè)趨勢(shì)和競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手情況，制定應(yīng)對(duì)策略。
任職要求：
1. 本科及以上學(xué)歷，跨境電商或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先；
2. 五年以上跨境電商運(yùn)營(yíng)或市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有成功案例者優(yōu)先考慮；
3. 具備敏銳的市場(chǎng)洞察能力、優(yōu)秀的項(xiàng)目管理能力和團(tuán)隊(duì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)能力；
4、有一定的拍攝、圖片處理、美工基礎(chǔ)更佳；
5、實(shí)力經(jīng)驗(yàn)高于學(xué)歷。
