What You'll Do
1．Design, build, and maintain scalable backend applications, APls, and data integrations.
2．Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices.
3．lmprove and optimize existing systems for better performance, reliability, and data processing efficiency.
4．Handle and optimize large-scale data workflows(e.g. using BigQuery or similar technologies).
5．Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues,and proactively respond to operational alerts.
6．Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact, scalable solutions.
7．Conduct code reviews, unit and integration testing to uphold software quality standards.
8．Participate in architectural discussions, proposing innovative solutions for high-traffic, data-intensive environments.
9．Contribute to incident investigations, post-mortem analyses, and continuous system resilience improvements.
What We're Looking For
1．Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
2．Minimum 5 years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on backend development
3．Proficiency in Go, Java, or Python.
4．Hands-on experience in handling, processing, and optimizing large data volumes (e.g. BigQuery, ClickHouse, or similar).
5．Solid understanding of scalable, maintainable backend architectures.
6．Knowledge of web scraping technologies and impementations.
7．Familiarity with android reverse engineering techniques and security assessments.
8．Ability to deep dive into backend services, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and maintainability.
9．Eagerness to continuous learning-whether technology-related, product-related, or beyond.
10．Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
11．Prior experience in distributed systems, high-traffc platforms, or technical leadership roles is a strong advantage.
12．Good communication skills in English (spoken and written).
Salary: 30k-60k*16 monthly payments
Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, weekends off (flexible schedule), no overtime
