1. Specific staff demand/supply scheduling for the project site
項目現(xiàn)場具體工作人員的供需計劃;
2. Preparation for setting up the construction site
施工現(xiàn)場具體設施的準備;
3. Detailed scheduling and planning for the site, till FAC/last outstanding payment
為施工現(xiàn)場創(chuàng)建詳細的計劃表, 直至項目終驗收/持續(xù)至未付款項;
4. Monitoring progress and managing of the project and find solutions in case of deviations
監(jiān)控并管理現(xiàn)場項目進度并解決發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題;
5. Responsibility for compliance with the goals for the construction site (time, quality, cost)
負責項目現(xiàn)場的目標的實施(時間、質量、成本);
6. Controlling and report of technical issues to the responsible departments and following till closing
控制和向相關部門報告技術問題并跟蹤至關閉;
7. Coordination Onsite Leader (site manager) for installation, commissioning, project acceptance tasks and procedure
和現(xiàn)場工長協(xié)調現(xiàn)場安裝,調試,項目驗收事宜及進度;
8. Contacting with the customer (Alignments, Agreements, schedule adjustment, retoolings and so on)
與客戶保持溝通, (事宜協(xié)商,計劃調整,項目改造等);
9. Open issue list (creation, tracking, maintain till closing)
開口問題清單的創(chuàng)建跟蹤以及維護,直至關閉;
10. Responsible for the processing of open issue list
負責開口問題清單的追蹤;
11. Resource planning for the site (forecasting)
現(xiàn)場資源規(guī)劃(前瞻性);
12. Handling other tasks assigned by the General Manager or the supervisor/manager
承辦總經理或上級主管/經理安排的其他事宜。
13. Keep all data and information related to the project and technology accurate, secure, and properly stored, and protected from unauthorized access, modification, or loss.
對所有涉及項目、技術等相關資料文件數(shù)據(jù)信息進行準確、安全、有效的保存,防止未經授權的訪問、修改或丟失。
