Job purpose
The full stack developer plays a critical role in the Auto Proof Reading project team, to design, develop and integrate the Auto Proof Reading application, as well as the routine product operation and maintenance support work. There will be cooperation with both local and global customers/stakeholder to establish product. And generate innovative solutions in work situations; trying different and novel ways to deal with problems and opportunities
Key responsibility
?Deliver new product features aligned to the improvement plan and multi year roadmap.
?Own the end to end software delivery lifecycle: requirements elaboration; functional/technical design; implementation; integration; automated testing; release management; and post release monitoring.
?Build user interfaces in accordance with UX specifications and the design system; ensure accessibility, responsiveness, and usability.
?Design, implement, and maintain backend services and APIs; integrate applications with GenAI agent workflows and related data/ML services.
?Drive performance, scalability, reliability, security, and cost efficiency; implement observability, capacity planning, and continuous optimization.
?Provision and administer Azure cloud resources (preferably via infrastructure as code) in line with enterprise standards and cost governance.
?Conduct technical research, proofs of concept, and feasibility/risk assessments to inform architecture and build versus buy decisions.
?Provide L2/L3 operational support, including incident triage, root cause analysis, bug fixes, and routine maintenance to meet SLAs/SLOs.
?Contribute to regional digital innovation initiatives; prepare technical proposals, estimates, and solution options.

Knowledge/Education Required
