1. Responsibilities:
Answer customer inquiries via phone or email using clear and accurate English to ensure customer understanding.
Receive customer feedback, listen patiently, and record details. Provide solutions to customers according to company procedures.
Stay updated on the latest product information, features, and promotional activities. Provide accurate and detailed product or service information to customers.
Game Customer Service position, with overseas game customer service experience preferred.
Collect customer feedback and suggestions to improve product quality and customer service. Share insights with relevant teams to drive continuous improvement.
2. Requirements:
Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking, and listening), capable of using English as a working language.
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, etc.
Preference is given to candidates with relevant English certificates, such as IELTS 5.5-6.0, CET-4, CET-6, etc.
Candidates with overseas study experience or overseas customer service experience are also preferred.
Possess excellent communication and listening skills, able to accurately understand customer needs and respond efficiently.
Preferably have experience in customer service or telephone support. Familiarity with customer service systems is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and stress-handling abilities, able to remain calm and handle customer complaints or emergencies.
