Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll product.
Develops software solutions by studying information needs, conferring with users and various teams, studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; and following the software development lifecycle
Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
Prepares and implement changes by determining and designing system specifications, standards, and programming
Should be able to handle individual task with minimum supervision.
Provide support across the end-to-end delivery and run lifecycle, utilising skills and expertise to carry out software development, testing and operational support activities with the ability to move between these according to demand
Liaise with other engineers, architects and business stakeholders to understand and drive the product or service's direction
Keep up-to-date and have expertise on latest product release, current tools, technologies and areas like cyber security and regulations that are applicable.
Qualifications
Technical:
Bachelors/Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering or other relevant field of study with 2-4 years of relevant experience.
Strong programming skills, excellent soft skills and problem solving skills required.
Ensuring the Technical standard and coding Practices are followed in the deliveries.
Ensure and Embed Agile and Devops practices within the team.
Ability to understand/gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
Experience on development and support HR systems will be a credit.
Demonstrable experience in a medium to large software delivery environment.
A proven track record of the successful delivery of medium to large scale projects to tight deadlines.
Delivery of releases in an agile delivery environment as well as traditional waterfall delivery
Good to have knowledge and hand on experience on SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll product, SAP HCM Payroll, especially for Hong Kong and China components.
Good to have skills on SAP ABAP programming, Point to Point Integration setup, Payroll Control Centre setup.
Good to have knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors Time Off, Time Sheet and Time Tracking products.
