What
exactly will you be doing?
You are an experienced team lead, responsible for overall
success of service team by delivering the best customer service, recognizing,
developing and promoting talents and generating healthy profits.

Recruiting,
mentoring and developing team, nurturing an environment where employees can
excel through encouragement and empowerment

Providing
review and giving consistent objective feedback to the employees
·
Being a
change agent
·
Monitoring,
assisting and achieving service team’s results in customer retention
·
Quickly, Yingfuficiently
and appropriately resolving any miscommunications, challenges or discrepancies
·
Ensuring that
parents are updated on students’ progress, covered in class and homework
·
Staying on
top of all customer complaints and being ready to jump in to solve a problem
·
Analyzing
retention statistics and compiling accurate reports, to later present to Center
Director
What are
the basic requirements?

At least
4 years of work experience in CRM field with 2 years in the managerial role
·
Good
command of English, at least B2 oral and written
·
University
degree
·
Ability
to work on weekends
·
