任職要求：

1. 大專以上學(xué)歷，具備基礎(chǔ)英文讀寫能力優(yōu)先。

2. 5年商管項(xiàng)目物管崗位經(jīng)驗(yàn)。

3. 熟悉物業(yè)管理管理及房地產(chǎn)相關(guān)的法律、法規(guī)、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、規(guī)范。

4. 有較強(qiáng)的協(xié)調(diào)溝通及公關(guān)能力； 具備項(xiàng)目人員業(yè)務(wù)培訓(xùn)技能。

5. 熟悉使用Office等辦公軟件，PPT制作水平良好。
