二、任職資格與經(jīng)驗（Qualifications & Experience）
- 機(jī)械或相關(guān)專業(yè)本科及以上學(xué)歷。
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- 具備至少5年設(shè)備及工廠管理經(jīng)驗，擁有團(tuán)隊領(lǐng)導(dǎo)及管理能力。
At least 5 years of experience in equipment and factory management, with team leadership and management capabilities.

- 熟練使用Office、AutoCAD等辦公及設(shè)計軟件。
