Key Account Manager (Heavy Industry)
核心崗位職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)火電、鋼鐵、礦山、風(fēng)電、船舶、石化等一個(gè)或多個(gè)行業(yè)的大客戶/頭部客戶/集團(tuán)客戶開發(fā)、維護(hù)與深度合作,建立長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的戰(zhàn)略合作關(guān)系;
Responsible for the development, maintenance and in-depth cooperation of key customers/leading customers/group customers in one or more industries such as thermal power, iron and steel, mining, wind power, marine, petrochemical, and establish long-term and stable strategic cooperative relations;
2. 制定并執(zhí)行大客戶銷售策略、年度銷售計(jì)劃與項(xiàng)目跟進(jìn)方案,統(tǒng)籌項(xiàng)目全流程(方案、報(bào)價(jià)、招投標(biāo)、合同、交付、回款);
Formulate and implement key account sales strategies, annual sales plans and project follow-up plans, coordinate the whole project process (solutions, quotations, bidding, contracts, delivery, payment collection);
3. 定期拜訪大客戶高層與技術(shù)/采購/生產(chǎn)負(fù)責(zé)人,深度挖掘客戶在耐磨、防腐、防護(hù)等方面的系統(tǒng)需求;
Regularly visit senior executives and technical/purchase/production principals of key customers, and deeply explore customers' systematic needs for wear resistance, anti-corrosion, protection, etc.;
4. 為大客戶提供定制化解決方案、產(chǎn)品培訓(xùn)、技術(shù)交流、價(jià)值分析報(bào)告等專業(yè)支持,提升客戶滿意度與復(fù)購率;
Provide key customers with professional support such as customized solutions, product training, technical exchanges, value analysis reports, etc., to improve customer satisfaction and repurchase rate;
5. 跟進(jìn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)度與回款計(jì)劃,確?;乜罴皶r(shí)率、銷售額達(dá)成率、毛利率等核心指標(biāo)完成;
Follow up project progress and payment collection plan to ensure the completion of core indicators such as timely payment rate, sales achievement rate and gross profit margin;
6. 收集行業(yè)政策、市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)、客戶動(dòng)態(tài)等信息,輸出行業(yè)分析與市場(chǎng)拓展建議,參與公司市場(chǎng)與產(chǎn)品規(guī)劃;
Collect information such as industry policies, market competition and customer dynamics, output industry analysis and market expansion suggestions, and participate in the company's market and product planning;
7. 維護(hù)公司品牌形象,打造標(biāo)桿客戶案例,提升公司在重工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的行業(yè)影響力。
Maintain the company's brand image, build benchmark customer cases, and enhance the company's industry influence in the heavy industry field.
任職資格要求 - 學(xué)歷:大專及以上學(xué)歷,機(jī)械、材料、冶金、電氣、船舶、化工、新能源等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先;
Education: College degree or above, major in machinery, materials, metallurgy, electrical, ship, chemical engineering, new energy and other related fields is preferred; -
經(jīng)驗(yàn):3年及以上重工業(yè)銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn),具備火電 / 鋼鐵 / 礦山 / 風(fēng)電 / 船舶 / 石化任一行業(yè)或多行業(yè)大客戶/直銷/渠道銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先;
Experience: 3 years or more sales experience in heavy industry, experience in key account/direct sales/channel sales in any one or more industries of thermal power / iron and steel / mining / wind power / marine / petrochemical is preferred;
技能:熟悉工業(yè)產(chǎn)品銷售流程,具備大客戶談判、項(xiàng)目運(yùn)作、招投標(biāo)、方案呈現(xiàn)能力,熟練使用辦公軟件,具備基礎(chǔ)英文讀寫能力優(yōu)先;
Skills: Familiar with industrial product sales process, have the ability of key account negotiation, project operation, bidding, solution presentation, proficient in office software, basic English reading and writing ability is preferred;
素養(yǎng):目標(biāo)感強(qiáng)、自我驅(qū)動(dòng)、抗壓能力強(qiáng),具備優(yōu)秀的商務(wù)談判、溝通協(xié)調(diào)、資源整合與客戶經(jīng)營(yíng)能力;
Competencies: Strong sense of goal, self-driven, good ability to work under pressure, with excellent business negotiation, communication and coordination, resource integration and customer management capabilities;
