崗位職責(zé)
1. 統(tǒng)籌公司外貿(mào)貨物出口全流程，覆蓋海運(yùn)（整柜/拼箱）、國(guó)際空運(yùn)、主流國(guó)際快遞（DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT），負(fù)責(zé)訂艙、報(bào)關(guān)、單證、軌跡跟蹤等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)，確保貨物按時(shí)合規(guī)送達(dá)。
2. 負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)物流統(tǒng)籌，涵蓋國(guó)內(nèi)快遞、專線物流、同城貨運(yùn)（貨拉拉等），協(xié)調(diào)多供應(yīng)商貨物轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)、集貨及統(tǒng)一裝柜，把控裝柜質(zhì)量與時(shí)效。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)國(guó)內(nèi)外樣品、貨品寄送全流程，統(tǒng)籌渠道選型、異常處理，同步收發(fā)雙方進(jìn)度，確保樣品完好準(zhǔn)時(shí)送達(dá)。
4. 開發(fā)、管理全渠道物流供應(yīng)商，優(yōu)化渠道組合，嚴(yán)控物流成本，建立供應(yīng)商評(píng)估體系。
5. 制作、審核出口單證，規(guī)避合規(guī)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)；處理物流全流程突發(fā)異常，降低公司損失。
6. 精通貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)，對(duì)接多方主體；負(fù)責(zé)物流費(fèi)用審核、對(duì)賬，出具成本分析報(bào)表并提出優(yōu)化建議。
7. 協(xié)同跨部門推進(jìn)物流流程優(yōu)化，跟蹤行業(yè)政策動(dòng)態(tài)，更新操作規(guī)范。
Job Responsibilities
1. Overall plan the full export process of the company's foreign trade goods, covering sea freight (FCL/LCL), international air freight and mainstream international express (DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT), responsible for key links such as booking, customs declaration, documents and track tracing to ensure on-time and compliant delivery.
2. Coordinate domestic logistics, including domestic express, special line logistics and intra-city freight (Huolala etc.), manage cargo transfer, consolidation and unified container loading among multiple suppliers, and control loading quality and timeliness.
3. Take charge of the whole process of domestic and international samples & goods delivery, select logistics channels, handle abnormalities, synchronize progress with both parties, and ensure samples are delivered intact and on time.
4.Develop and manage full-channel logistics suppliers, optimize channel combination, control logistics costs, and establish a supplier evaluation system.
5. Prepare and verify export documents to avoid compliance risks; handle unexpected logistics issues and reduce company losses.
6. Proficient in trade terms and coordinate with multiple parties; verify and reconcile logistics fees, issue cost analysis reports and put forward optimization suggestions.
7. Collaborate with cross-departments to optimize logistics processes, track industry policies and update operation specifications.
任職資格要求
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，物流、國(guó)貿(mào)等相關(guān)專業(yè)優(yōu)先。
2. 3年及以上貨代公司海運(yùn)、空運(yùn)、國(guó)際快遞出口操作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有外貿(mào)全渠道物流、多供應(yīng)商集貨裝柜經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先。
3. 精通進(jìn)出口物流操作規(guī)范、主流渠道規(guī)則，熟悉國(guó)內(nèi)物流操作及海關(guān)報(bào)關(guān)法規(guī)，能獨(dú)立處理突發(fā)問題。
4. 良好英語(yǔ)讀寫能力，可熟練處理英文單證，口語(yǔ)流利者優(yōu)先。
5. 精通Office辦公軟件（Excel為主），熟悉貨代或外貿(mào)ERP系統(tǒng)者優(yōu)先。
6. 具備優(yōu)秀的供應(yīng)商議價(jià)、溝通協(xié)調(diào)及應(yīng)急處理能力，有成本管控和風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控意識(shí)。
7. 工作嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)、責(zé)任心強(qiáng)、抗壓力強(qiáng)，具備良好執(zhí)行力和團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
Job Qualification Requirements
1. College degree or above, major in Logistics, International Trade or related fields is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in sea freight, air freight and international express export operation in a freight forwarding company; experience in foreign trade full-channel logistics and multi-supplier cargo consolidation is preferred.
3. Proficient in import and export logistics operation standards and mainstream channel rules, familiar with domestic logistics and customs declaration regulations, able to handle unexpected issues independently.
4. Good English reading and writing skills, able to handle English documents proficiently; fluent oral English is preferred.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel mainly), familiar with freight forwarding or foreign trade ERP systems is preferred.
6. Excellent supplier negotiation, communication and emergency response capabilities, with awareness of cost control and risk prevention.
7. Meticulous, responsible, pressure-resistant, with good execution and teamwork spirit.
