一、崗位職責(zé)
1. 負(fù)責(zé)校園二期建設(shè)項目中機電專業(yè)的設(shè)計細(xì)節(jié)跟進(jìn)，結(jié)合校內(nèi)需求和相關(guān)規(guī)范及時發(fā)現(xiàn)問題并協(xié)調(diào)解決；
2. 與本地政府相關(guān)部門、代建單位、設(shè)計單位、承建公司等單位緊密聯(lián)系和溝通，確保工程如期并高質(zhì)量完成；
3. 對現(xiàn)場機電專業(yè)施工質(zhì)量進(jìn)行監(jiān)管，配合相關(guān)專業(yè)的工作，做好現(xiàn)場巡察、記錄及持續(xù)跟進(jìn)等；
4. 負(fù)責(zé)跟進(jìn)機電相關(guān)的改造及裝修項目，參加設(shè)備及材料選型、現(xiàn)場檢查和驗收，確保工程質(zhì)量及使用功能符合校方要求；
5. 完成領(lǐng)導(dǎo)交辦的其他工作。
1. Be responsible for the overall M&E work of Phase II of CityU (DG) campus development project, promptly identifying issues related to M&E during construction and figuring out proper solutions to meet both prevailing standards and actual requirements of our university;
2. Maintain close contact and communication with relevant local government departments, project management agent, design institute and general contractor to ensure the project is completed on schedule and with high quality;
3. Supervise the on-site construction quality of the M&E specialty, cooperate with the work of relevant specialties, and conduct on-site inspections, record-keeping and continuous follow-up;
4. Be responsible for following up on M&E-related renovation and decoration
projects, participating in the selection of equipment and materials, on-site
inspection and acceptance, to ensure the project quality and service functions
meet the university's requirements;
5. Complete other tasks assigned by the leadership.
二、任職要求
1. 機電相關(guān)專業(yè)，本科及以上學(xué)歷；
2. 擁有建設(shè)工程專業(yè)中級工程師及以上職稱；
3. 熟悉機電設(shè)計及施工質(zhì)量管理相關(guān)規(guī)范；
4. 擁有五年以上大型機電項目的工作經(jīng)驗，獨立承擔(dān)過中大型以上機電安裝項目的設(shè)計和施工管理工作；
5. 熟悉施工圖紙及熟練使用CAD等繪圖軟件；
6. 擁有高校、政府或事業(yè)單位工程項目管理經(jīng)驗者優(yōu)先；
7. 擁有職業(yè)資格證如一級建造師、一級造價工程師等相關(guān)證書者優(yōu)先；
8. 具有良好的團(tuán)隊合作精神和溝通協(xié)調(diào)能力。
1. Bachelor's degree or above in M&E or related majors;
2. Hold the professional title of Intermediate Engineer or above in Construction
Engineering;
3. Familiar with relevant specifications for M&E design and construction quality
management;
4. Have more than 5 years of working experience in large-scale M&E projects, and have independently undertaken the design and construction management of medium and large-scale M&E installation projects;
5. Familiar with construction drawings and proficient in using CAD and other drawing software;
6. Candidates with engineering project management experience in universities, government or public institutions are preferred;
7. Candidates with professional qualification certificates such as Class 1 Constructor and Class 1 Cost Engineer are preferred;
8. Possess good team cooperation spirit, as well as excellent communication and coordination abilities.
