崗位職責(zé): 1、賦能公司打造切實(shí)可行的賦能研發(fā)的數(shù)字化解決方案。 2、協(xié)同研發(fā)各條線,跟蹤評(píng)估AI方向前沿技術(shù),識(shí)別并解決Al+相關(guān)實(shí)際問(wèn)題,創(chuàng)造實(shí)際價(jià)值。 3、負(fù)責(zé)研發(fā)數(shù)字化轉(zhuǎn)型項(xiàng)目的全生命周期管理,包括內(nèi)部實(shí)施以及由外部供應(yīng)商實(shí)施的項(xiàng)目。 4、負(fù)責(zé)公司現(xiàn)有數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)維管理,包括日常監(jiān)控(系統(tǒng)性能、數(shù)據(jù)完整性、功能穩(wěn)定性)、故障排查與快速響應(yīng)。 5、具備一定數(shù)據(jù)處理能力,支持業(yè)務(wù)部門不定期的數(shù)據(jù)需求,并保證數(shù)據(jù)質(zhì)量。 6、其它由部門負(fù)責(zé)人安排的相關(guān)工作事項(xiàng)。 1、Enable the company to develop practical digital solutions that empower R&I, driving efficiency and innovation. 2、Collaborate with cross-functional R&I teams to track and evaluate cutting-edge AI technologies, identify and solve AI-related challenges, and deliver tangible business value. 3、Lead end-to-end lifecycle management of R&D digital transformation projects, including both in-house implementations and those delivered by external vendors. 4、Oversee the operation and maintenance of existing digital systems, including routine monitoring (system performance, data integrity, functional stability), troubleshooting, and rapid issue resolution. 5、Leverage data processing skills to support ad-hoc business data requests while ensuring high data quality and reliability. 6、Other relevant tasks assigned by the department head in alignment with business objectives.
任職要求: 1、碩士及以上,具有化學(xué)大類(化學(xué)工程、材料科學(xué))、電子信息大類(計(jì)算機(jī)、自動(dòng)化)碩士學(xué)位:在具有化學(xué)大類相關(guān)背景的前提下具有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)相關(guān)知識(shí)優(yōu)先: Master Degree or above.Master’s degree in Chemistry-related fields (Chemical Engineering, Materials Science) or Electronics & Information-related fields (Computer Science, Automation); candidates with a background in Chemistry and additional knowledge of statistics are preferred. 2、3年以上研發(fā)相關(guān)數(shù)字化系統(tǒng)開發(fā)、實(shí)施或管理經(jīng)驗(yàn) 3+ years of experience in development, implementation, or management of R&I-related digital systems 3、英語(yǔ)熟練 Fluent in English. 4、熟悉實(shí)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)等常用數(shù)據(jù)分析方法和工具。熟練掌握Python,R,C++,中至少一種計(jì)算機(jī)語(yǔ)言使用數(shù)據(jù)驅(qū)動(dòng)的方法解決過(guò)實(shí)際生產(chǎn)問(wèn)題,實(shí)現(xiàn)工藝過(guò)程的多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化,有時(shí)序大模型落地相關(guān)經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先 Familiarity with common data analysis methods and tools (e.g., experimental design). Proficient in at least one programming language (Python, R, or C++) and experience in solving real-world production problems using data-driven approaches, achieving multi-objective process optimization.
