Key Role Accountabilities：
1. Report to DM level above or Station Manager if necessary.
向DM 以上匯報， 包括航站經(jīng)理（如果必要）
2. Lead team to perform & complete the routine tasks as follows:
帶領小組執(zhí)行和完成以下日常運行任務
3 Supervise and perform the nominated ground handler passenger movement process：Pre-check-in、Check-in、Baggage reconciliation、Departure gate process、Boarding、Flight closing、Reporting.
4 監(jiān)控和執(zhí)行乘客值機全過程，包括行李超重處理，托運行李的檢查，航班關閉服務，報表,
5 Supervise & monitor ramp operations：ARR and DEP ramp movement、Cargo、Engineering、Fuelling、Cleaning、BAH/DPR/OHD
6 監(jiān)控機坪操作流程 ，包括動向監(jiān)測，貨物監(jiān)管，機務監(jiān)管，油料監(jiān)管、機場清潔，不正常行李處理、重量分配等
7 Ensure above all ground handling activities strictly comply our SOP and meet the requirements.
8 確保以上地面代理提供的各項服務符合公司的運行程序和要求。
9 Supervise & perform post-flight operations：Banking、Daily service report、Monitor routine operation and administration
10 監(jiān)督和執(zhí)行航班的后續(xù)工作，包括銀行入賬，日常服務報表
11 Ensure no safety issue during operations and on time performance at station.
12 確保安全運行及航站的航班準點
13 Provide timely and accurate monthly station report
14 根據(jù)公司的要求，提供準時有效的報告。
15 Assist station to achieve daily and monthly task
16 協(xié)助航站經(jīng)理完成部門既定的目標
17 As secondary in charge of operation team when necessary or duty manager is vacancy（Designated by DM or above）.
如果必要或值班經(jīng)理不在航站時做為臨時負責人管理航站小組日常運作（需由值班經(jīng)理以上指定）
18 Complete other job assigned by DM level above including station Manager.
按時完成DM及以上管理人員布置的其它工作
