About Role
We are looking for someone who is experienced, driven and skilled in: Digital marketing/Social media management/Market research/Relationship management/Project and event management
Key Responsibility:
1.Develop, implement and monitor a digital marketing strategy that enhances the reputation and brand identity of DHZH, as well as to drive key target audience affinity in the region. This will be underpinned by an annual plan which includes key objectives and an outline of planned activities, developed, and agreed with the SLT.
2.Plan and implement appropriate marketing campaigns building favorable awareness and demand among the target audiences in the region that enable DHZH to achieve its marketing and recruitment targets and wider strategic goals. Edit, curate and commission content for digital campaigns, including design assets and video production, ensuring appropriate tone, language and branding.
3.Provide high-level market intelligence and insights through monitoring DHZH‘s presence on various digital channels, with providing regular reports to offer analysis for enhancing optimization .
4.Produce market analysis to determine business growth potential and competitor environment
5.Develop customer acquisition techniques to plan for and deploy digital activities using PPC, display, social media, email marketing, content marketing, online campaigns, website and other digital channels and tool.
6.Contribute to budget planning for specific campaigns, following up on media opportunities, identifying needs and resource implications. Manage any budgets allocated and deliver agreed activities on time and within budget.
7.Engage actively in professional development in order to remain current in best practices related to independent school communications, emerging social media, and effective marketing and advertising strategies.
8.Provide staff leadership to the department in all respects, including hiring, day-to-day management and motivation of marketing staff and contractors, ensuring professional development and excellence.
9.Attend recruitment events and other events to support school’s strategic goals. Other duties as directed by the Director of AM and core SLT.

Requirement:
1.BA degree or above, preferably postgraduate, in marketing, media practice, journalism, public relations, communications or writing-intensive discipline.
2.Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity including PR, media relations, online advertising, competitor analysis, market research and digital marketing.
3.A good understanding of digital communications and social media as appropriate for a High School with a sound understanding of social media platforms with ability to create compelling content across a variety of platforms.
4.Excellent knowledge and track record managing social media channels, including how to attract growing audiences, identify upcoming trends, and develop and maintain engagement on a wide range of social platforms.
5.Hands-on experience in managing and executing B2C campaigns, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation. Familiarity with website content management and design, paid-for digital media (e.g. PPC, display advertising).
6.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including effective influencing, negotiation, teamwork and senior stakeholder engagement. Understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. data protection) and how they impact on marketing activity.
7.Strong organisational skills and experience in event/project planning and management, and the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands.
8.Excellent writing and editing skills in English and Chinese languages.
9.Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, self-motivated with good planning, people and project management skill, with high levels of attention to detail.
