Job Responsibilities
1.通過(guò)電話(huà)直銷(xiāo)方式推廣信用卡及卡貸產(chǎn)品,開(kāi)發(fā)新客戶(hù)並維護(hù)現(xiàn)有客戶(hù)關(guān)係,達(dá)成月度/季度銷(xiāo)售目標(biāo)。
Promote credit card and card loan products via telephone sales, develop new clients and maintain existing relationships to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
2.分析客戶(hù)需求,精準(zhǔn)匹配產(chǎn)品方案,提供專(zhuān)業(yè)化金融諮詢(xún)服務(wù),提升客戶(hù)轉(zhuǎn)化率與滿(mǎn)意度。
Analyze customer needs, tailor product solutions, and deliver professional financial consultation to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction.
3.協(xié)同分行行銷(xiāo)團(tuán)隊(duì)及合作夥伴,拓展高頻消費(fèi)場(chǎng)景(如零售品牌、電商平臺(tái))的客戶(hù)資源,推動(dòng)業(yè)務(wù)協(xié)同。
Collaborate with branch marketing teams and partners to explore customer resources in high-frequency consumption scenarios (e.g., retail brands, e-commerce platforms) and drive business synergy.
4.收集並回饋市場(chǎng)動(dòng)態(tài)與客戶(hù)需求,協(xié)助優(yōu)化產(chǎn)品策略及銷(xiāo)售流程。
Collect and report market trends and customer feedback to support product strategy and sales process optimization.
5.嚴(yán)格遵守金融監(jiān)管政策及公司合規(guī)要求,確保銷(xiāo)售行為規(guī)範(fàn)。
Strictly comply with financial regulations and internal policies to ensure sales practices are standardized.
6.完成上級(jí)臨時(shí)交辦的其他任務(wù)。
Complete ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements
1.大專(zhuān)及以上學(xué)歷,金融、市場(chǎng)行銷(xiāo)、商務(wù)管理等相關(guān)專(zhuān)業(yè)優(yōu)先。
College degree or above, preferably in finance, marketing, business administration, or related fields.
2.1年以上電話(huà)銷(xiāo)售或金融行業(yè)銷(xiāo)售經(jīng)驗(yàn),熟悉信用卡/貸款產(chǎn)品者優(yōu)先。
Minimum 1 year of telephone sales or financial industry sales experience; familiarity with credit card/loan products is a plus.
3.出色的溝通表達(dá)能力與抗壓能力,能高效完成電話(huà)溝通並處理客戶(hù)異議。
Strong communication skills and resilience, capable of handling high-volume calls and resolving customer objections effectively.
4.目標(biāo)導(dǎo)向,具備優(yōu)秀的客戶(hù)服務(wù)意識(shí)及團(tuán)隊(duì)協(xié)作精神。
Result-driven with excellent customer service orientation and teamwork spirit.
5.熟練使用辦公軟體(如Excel、PPT),具備基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)分析能力。
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PPT) with basic data analysis skills.
6.中英文書(shū)寫(xiě)及口語(yǔ)流利,精通普通話(huà)。
