安裝/調(diào)試工藝設(shè)計新能源電氣機(jī)械/電力設(shè)備電子/半導(dǎo)體/集成電路
崗位職責(zé)：
1. 在廠長或車間主任的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，組織工段員工完成生產(chǎn)任務(wù)，確保生產(chǎn)計劃的實施和生產(chǎn)效率的提高。
2. 了解工藝流程，熟悉設(shè)備運(yùn)行狀態(tài)，及時處理設(shè)備故障，確保設(shè)備的正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
3. 負(fù)責(zé)對工段員工進(jìn)行操作規(guī)程、設(shè)備性能及維護(hù)知識的培訓(xùn)，提高員工的技能水平。
4. 貫徹安全生產(chǎn)責(zé)任制，組織安全教育和檢查，確保生產(chǎn)過程中的安全。
5. 負(fù)責(zé)生產(chǎn)過程中的數(shù)據(jù)記錄和統(tǒng)計，確保信息的準(zhǔn)確性和及時性。
6. 定期召開工段會議，傳達(dá)上級指示，布置工作任務(wù)，分析生產(chǎn)情況。
7. 監(jiān)督產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量，確保生產(chǎn)過程符合質(zhì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，及時處理異常情況。
8. 完成上級交辦的其他工作，靈活應(yīng)對生產(chǎn)中的突發(fā)情況。
9. 需熟悉GMP規(guī)范和6S管理體系，具備良好的溝通能力和團(tuán)隊協(xié)作能力。
任職要求：
1. 大專及以上學(xué)歷，機(jī)械、電子、自動化或工業(yè)工程等相關(guān)專業(yè)；
2. 制造型企業(yè)2年以上工作經(jīng)驗，1年以上鋰電行業(yè)同崗位工作經(jīng)驗優(yōu)先；
3. 具備很強(qiáng)的組織協(xié)調(diào)能力，能夠有效地管理團(tuán)隊和協(xié)調(diào)內(nèi)外部資源。
4. 較強(qiáng)的溝通和團(tuán)隊合作能力，能夠適應(yīng)高壓力和快速變化的工作環(huán)境
