Take charge of Talent & Leadership Development Programs mainly for Schindler China, including business needs understanding and diagnosis, mapping with talent solutions like training, coaching, assessment and development actions implementation, follow-up etc.
- Be responsible for learning and development initiatives, provide learning resources related to talent development and core capabilities of the Sales force team in front line, build an systematic system from Competency Profile, Selection, Assessment and Development which is adapted to sales scenarios, and ensure the overall learning effectiveness as well as the practical improvement of sales talent capabilities.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and HRBPs to deeply understand overall business expectations, needs and challenges, focus on addressing the business pain points and talent development demands of the sales team, and accordingly develop and deploy Talent Development (TD) and leadership training programs in China, while creating targeted sales talent training solutions.
- Work with Global TD team to localize and deliver Schindler Global programs in China.
- Take initiatives for the talent development programs’ planning and find opportunities to optimize based on the interaction with business key stakeholders, HRBPs and participants.
- Provide internal talent and learning diagnosis, consulting, insights and solutions to key stakeholders, support to address business challenges and contribute to the development and attainment of business results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree and above.
- At least 8 years’ experience in areas of Talent Development (TD) and Learning & Development (LD) within a Multinational Corporation (MNC), with proven background as sales trainer is a preference.
- Strong business acumen with and result-driven performance
- Experienced in Talent Development program design and implementation, with a focus on developing sales-oriented talent programs that align with business objectives and drive sales performance.
- Could support to enhance comprehensive practical capabilities of sales force team with diverse solutions:
? deliver Sales Knowledge & Skills Training, like Selling skills, Customer orientation & identification, etc
? summarize and extract best experiences with real cases
?conduct coaching to sales managers/sales representatives (preference)
- E&E industry experience (preference)
- Good communication and interpersonal training delivery capabilities
- Down-to earth and cooperative
