崗位職責
We are seeking an experienced HR Operations expert with expertise in Workday to manage end-to-end HR system processes, including employee data maintenance, workflow configuration, and compliance reporting. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with HRIS best practices, and the ability to collaborate across global HR and IT stakeholders.
崗位基本需求
3+ Years Workday full lifecycle implementation for global organisations
Work across at least 3 modules such as Employee Core, Absence Management, Recruiting, Talent Management, Compensation, Benefits, Analytics, etc. HCM product certifications are a plus.
Deep understanding of HR processes (recruiting, performance management, compliance) and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Exhibit analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate strong project management capabilities to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Adapt quickly to changes and maintain a can-do attitude in ambiguous situations.
Experience in integration with other systems (Payroll systems) and data migration is a plus
Communicate fluently in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) to collaborate with global teams across varying time zones
