As an HRBP, you will primarily focus on recruitment efforts across the Asia,North America and Europe regions while also supporting corporate headquarters with key HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, and Compensation & Benefits (C&B). Acting as a bridge between the company and its employees, you will ensure alignment between HR strategy and business objectives while maintaining full compliance with local labor laws and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Management: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs, enhance efficiency, and improve hiring quality across the region.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee salary administration, benefits distribution, and employee incentive programs, ensuring competitive and compliant compensation structures.
- Training & Development: Support the design and implementation of training programs that align with business goals, enhance employee skills, and promote career growth.
- Employee Relations Management: Address employee relations matters, foster a positive work environment, and ensure high employee satisfaction aligned with company culture.
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR processes, policies, and documentation comply with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- HR Projects & Initiatives: Contribute to various HR projects, including performance management, employee engagement programs, and other strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Human Resources or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with a strong focus on recruitment management.
- Solid knowledge of talent management, training, and other core HR functions, with demonstrated project management skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to act as a strategic liaison across departments.
- Experience working with global headquarters or in a multinational corporate environment is preferred.
- In-depth understanding of local labor laws, ensuring full compliance in all HR activities.
- Fluency in English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
