崗位職責(zé):
1、制定并實(shí)施江西子公司年度招聘戰(zhàn)略,統(tǒng)籌招聘需求,確保人才供給與業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展匹配;
1. Develop and implement the annual recruitment strategy for Jiangxi subsidiaries, coordinate recruitment needs, and ensure talent supply aligns with business development;
2、主導(dǎo)高端、緊缺崗位(如光通信研發(fā)、核心技術(shù)崗)的招聘,解決招聘難點(diǎn);
2. Lead the recruitment for high-end and scarce positions (such as optical communication R&D and core technology roles), addressing recruitment challenges;
3、繪制光通信行各崗位人才地圖,建立關(guān)鍵人才庫,定期輸出人才市場(chǎng)解決方案;
3. Create a talent map for various positions in the optical communication industry, establish a key talent database, and regularly produce talent market solutions;
4、策劃江西公司校招方案,提升在重點(diǎn)高校的雇主品牌影響力;.
4. Plan the campus recruitment plan for Jiangxi company to enhance the employer brand influence in key universities;
5、優(yōu)化招聘體系工作,標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化招聘流程,提升招聘效率;
5. Optimize the recruitment system, standardize the recruitment process, and improve recruitment efficiency;
6、管理公司招聘團(tuán)隊(duì),賦能招聘人員,提升整體招聘能力;
6. Manage the company's recruitment team, empower recruiters, and enhance overall recruitment capabilities;
7、江西區(qū)域薪資水平調(diào)研,為人崗薪資匹配提供數(shù)據(jù)支持和解決方案;
7. Conduct a salary level survey in the Jiangxi region to provide data support and solutions for matching salaries between individuals and positions;

任職要求:
1、本科及以上學(xué)歷,專業(yè)不限,碩士?jī)?yōu)先;
1. Full time undergraduate degree or above, no major restrictions, master's degree preferred;
2、10年以上招聘經(jīng)驗(yàn),5年以上招聘管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),制造業(yè)/高科技行業(yè)背景優(yōu)先;
2. More than 10 years of recruitment experience, more than 5 years of recruitment management experience, with a manufacturing/high-tech industry background preferred;
3、熟悉光通信相關(guān)領(lǐng)域人才市場(chǎng),能快速理解崗位需求;
3. Familiar with the talent market in the field of optical communication and able to quickly understand job requirements;
4、有成功主導(dǎo)高端人才招聘、校招項(xiàng)目、人才地圖等案例;
4. There are successful cases of leading high-end talent recruitment, campus recruitment projects, talent maps, etc.
5、極強(qiáng)的跨部門協(xié)調(diào)能力、數(shù)據(jù)敏感度和業(yè)務(wù)洞察力。
