Purpose of the position 職位工作：
- To operate as the frontline contact for customers by providing a professional total quality customer service covering queries, order fulfilment, complaint handling and other activities and providing related sales support as well
- 作為客戶的一線聯(lián)系人，涵蓋查詢，訂單履行，投訴處理和其他Call Center活動(dòng)，提供專業(yè)全面優(yōu)質(zhì)的客戶服務(wù)，和相關(guān)的銷售支持
Principal responsibilities 主要職責(zé)：
- Take customers’ orders and liaise with other order taking functions to ensure that customers` needs are satisfied, inform the customer promptly in case of delays or problems to ensure full adherence to agreed SLAs
- 接收客戶的訂單并與其他訂單相關(guān)功能部門保持聯(lián)系，以滿足客戶的需求，在出現(xiàn)延誤或問題時(shí)及時(shí)通知客戶，以確保完全遵守約定
- Accurate identification and recording of customer enquiries with appropriate ownership and resolution by all current and future on-line systems including those which interact with other departments
- 準(zhǔn)確記錄客戶的查詢，通過現(xiàn)有或?qū)淼脑诰€系統(tǒng)（包括與其他部門交互的系統(tǒng)）為客戶提供解決方案
- Take responsibility to ensure accurate billing is provided to customer in a timely and consistent manner
- 負(fù)責(zé)確保及時(shí)，長(zhǎng)期地向客戶提供準(zhǔn)確的賬單
- As coordinator to deal with each complaint from customer to ensure the action plan occurred and feedback to customer timely and effectively
- 作為協(xié)調(diào)員處理客戶的每項(xiàng)投訴，以確保采取行動(dòng)計(jì)劃并及時(shí)有效地反饋給客戶
- Achieves personal and team targets regarding internal monitor system
- 實(shí)現(xiàn)個(gè)人和團(tuán)隊(duì)目標(biāo)
- Providing related sales support as required
- 根據(jù)需要提供相關(guān)的銷售支持
- Perform other assignments and duties as required by his / her supervisors or the Company.

Required qualifications/experience招聘要求/經(jīng)驗(yàn)：
- 5+ years related customer service for related experience, HK customer service experience is preference.
- 5年以上相關(guān)客戶服務(wù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有服務(wù)香港客戶經(jīng)驗(yàn)優(yōu)先
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- 優(yōu)秀的口頭和書面交流能力
- Good interpersonal skill
- 良好的人際交往能力
- SAP knowledge, an understanding of basic accounting knowledge is desirable
- SAP知識(shí)，對(duì)基本會(huì)計(jì)知識(shí)有了解
- Available to accept flexible working hours

- Good English skill and Native Cantonese & Fluency Mandarin
- 良好的英語水平,純正的廣東話和流利的普通話
