Customer's inquiry about price & delivery time. Check with OEM factory regarding the productiondelivery time. Receive and process customer orders, including coordinating with related departments to meet customer's special requirements and provide relevant documents. Arrange production for OEM with purchase order. Coordinate with production, quality control and logistics to ensure timely product delivery to customers. Repeat sales orders, inquiries, complaints, and other after-sales service requirements for all customers. Receive and handle quality or service complaints, return/replacement and credit requests from customers. Maintain customer and order data, file sales contract documents timely and correctly. Daily administrative work. Any work assigned by the superior.
