? Independent analysis and resolution of 2nd level incidents as well as coordination of 3rd level support

? Creation and maintenance of documentation (processes, interfaces, data flows, etc.)


YOUR PROFILE

? Successfully completed studies in business informatics, (business) economics or a comparable qualification

? Several years of experience in HR IT systems, especially in SAP SuccessFactors is a must

? Knowledge of HR processes and organizational structures in an industrial environment

? Analytical and structured way of working

? Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of service orientation

? Very good written and spoken German and English skills
